The atmospher was cool and the staff were helpful and acting on requests very prompt. The food is very good and value for money. I liked this place because it was near the hotel i lodged in and also in the shopping mall.This place is for travelers like me who do not need to go far.

Found this Spur by chance and was impressed by the friendly reception at the front door and then on entering the restaurant the cleanliness caught my eye immediately and the calm and confidence of all the staff was great. Well a Spur is a Spur anywhere, I have eaten at the Northmead Square one frequently & it can be said that the food was good as always. But what makes it special is the team of people who make sure you are welcome & provide a service second to none. A good all round family restaurant with a safe play area for the kids.

We had dinner here with our family from South Africa. Restaurant is situated in a mall. Nice and friendly staff and clean. There was enough choice and food was very good with friendly service. As far as Spur restaurants go, this is one of the better ones.Unfortunately on the night we visited, everyone's food was served cold. Management was very apologetic and offered to replace the meals and/or alternatives. However, it was fairly late and we left, but accepted the apology.
