Experience the wonders of the ocean without getting wet! Interactive exhibits for both young and old including The America's Cup exhibit, our new simulated dive into the Bermuda Triangle, our 'Living with the Ocean' exhibit which examines the human impact on the marine environment, one of the largest private shell collections in the world, the famous Teddy Tucker Shipwreck Gallery and so much more!
This gets a rare 5 stars because, quite simply, it is so fascinating. My wife and I expected an hour would be plenty, but it seized our attention and wouldn't let go. From the cedar root that was more than 7,000 years old through the excellent virtual reality session (at the America's Cup), the explanation of theories about the "Bermuda Triangle" and the treasure room, to name just a few. Information was presented in an interesting fashion and there were plenty of interactive exhibits. One of only two niggles is that s few of the interactive exhibits were not working. In general things were designed to appeal to a wide range of ages and did so very successfully. My second niggle is the prominence on the outside of the building given to bizarre explanations for the "Bermuda Triangle". The exhibit itself was far more down to earth. A huge amount of thought and planning must have gone into this exhibition. It has thoroughly succeeded. Well done! Top tip: I found the virtual reality exhibit breathtaking. I suspect there may be queues for it in the tourist season, so arrive early.

The most significant archaeological site in the Caribbean.
The most interesting cultural activity I did in Puerto Rico! So much to learn about the Taìno culture, and so much to see both in the park and in the museum!! You should definitely ask of Michael once there, he's gonna bring that place to life with his passion and his knowledge, guaranteed... Such an amazing man and soul, thank you so much again, you made our day! Entrance fee is 5$ adults and 3$ seniors/students/children... The place would be worth way more than that, hope the government or anyone in charge will soon consider preserving the place.

The Western Hemisphere's oldest synagogue in continuous use was founded in 1651 by 12 families from Amsterdam.
Oldest synagogue in the Western Hemisphere, it is Sephardic and has sand covered floors. Attached museum is well worth the $10pp, we spent 2 hours there, definitely the best museum in Curacao that we visited. The congregation welcomes visitors for Shabbat services on Friday and Saturday.

The world-famous reggae star's home, displaying Marley's guitar and other artifacts.
I visited the Bob Marley Museum today anybody who visits Jamaica must see this museum It was Bob’s house in Kingston, his recording studio, where he played football, where he rehearsed, and where he hung out. It’s also where unidentified gunmen tried to assassinate him - you can still see the bullet holes. Our Tour guide was great very informative and friendly.

Explore 500 years of Bermuda history and culture in Bermuda's largest fort. Jaw-dropping views, massive cannon, shipwreck artefacts, local watercraft, a stunning mural, a children's playhouse and playground make if fun for all ages.
As the Queen Victoria was docking at the Royal Naval Dockyard, we were struck by the house on the hill. We discovered it was the Commissioner’s House located within the National Museum of Bermuda. Although we did not have the time to visit the museum, we did read about the house. It is the oldest cast iron house in the world - built in 1820. In fact, the frame of the building was cast in England and then brought to Bermuda. It was left abandoned in the 1950’s and then the house went through a twenty-year restoration and is now the crown jewel of an already impressive collection of historical buildings and artifacts.
