This is a premium category and boutique kind of hotel. Its the only hotel which is closest to the M.G. Mall Road which has Garden, sit out area and parking facility. The hotel is tastefully built with all the modern facilities and great ambiance. It serves pure vegetarian delicacies which is prepared with details to authenticity and hygiene. We only aim to help create the best of the moments spent with us in this tiny beautiful Himalayan state.

Reviewed By kushalsenlWe have stayed in the hotel for 3N, 23rd to 26th December 2021. I have rated the hotel as average based on my experience on 3N, my review would definitely help you in choosing the right decision to stay or not to stay in this hotel. Advantage of staying in this property are: a. This is close to MG Marg Statue. Approximately 400m, takes around 5-7 mins. But you need to climb stairs . b. The car can be taken very close to the hotel. Only 10-15 staircase to reach the reception. The hotel boy is very helpful and would happily help in help in carrying the luggage in the room. Disadvantage of staying in this property are: a. They don’t have room heater , which is a big cons staying in 5-6 degrees. When asked they have provided which is charged at 250/- per night. The amount is paid in cash unlike food charges, to me it look like the amount goes among the staff without notice of the owner. 2. Food needs to be ordered before 7am for breakfast and 8pm before dinner.

Reviewed By 199vinayjWe stayed there for one night and book one room via local agent with all meal included plan .It was very small hotel with very basic amenities, they provide u both veg and non veg food fresh cooked. The lady staff was nice and helpful.Understand some Hindi.

Reviewed By 291shirishnWorst Experience. We friends got booking of this hotel from Utkarsh Travels Company. As we booked our complete tour package from this company for Sikkim Darjeeling tour. It's actually a lodge not hotel. No Ambiance. No cleanness, very limited and greedy staff. No Service. Fully disappointing experience. As we got MAP plan we were expecting Breakfast & Dinner. But no options for food. 1 item for Breakfast and 2 for Dinner. Manager and staff behavior is rude. Whatever u ask they we told its not available or not possible. Food quality was very poor. No hot water, no generator, no power backup. No mineral water bottles available in hotel. Not even on pay basis. Could not recommend this hotel anybody. This hotel may be ok in Rs.500 to 600 per night. it's not totally worth as per our package cost.

Tent stay at the valley of snow-capped mountains- cant ask for more
Reviewed By Explore_unlimitedwe planned to do a tent-stay at Lachung to get a different experience and was not left disappointed. The caretaker- Hemant took great care of us from welcoming to providing food and information about the place. They have almost 6 tents that are very well made and perfectly cozy and clean for stay. only drawback is the power failure that takes place in this area which makes the heaters work very sluggishly and making the cold unbearable. but the biggest plus point is the FOOOD... its just just amazing in the entire Sikkim trip we had here. they made simple mutter panner, dal, chawal, rotis and salad in the pipping cold which won our heart. I do recommend this place for all visiting Lachung to get some different experience out of the 4 cement walls to this beautiful tents with a view and snow offcourse

Reviewed By Praveen DWe visited in april , 2022 and found the hotel in good proximity to nature. Waterfall, good hill view caped with snow, calm and quite hotel with good hospitality (specially manager john) Food was good and delicious, no complain at all. In case you want some help, the staff is always available. In the future it i will visit lachung, my first and only choice will be this hotel.

Most of the tourist visit Lachen for a night to visit Gurudongmar and Mt Katau , so spending less than 24 hours is not that difficult. Staffs are extremely cooperative,

The property caretaker Praveen was very helpful and was always available when we needed him. Overall the stay was excellent and I would suggest the place to anyone and everyone coming to Lachen.

Reviewed By nnmnbWe stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights occupied 5 rooms as a group. All staff are kind and happy to help, particularly the Manager Vivek Sharma is nice and cool. Management thought nicely for tall he staff what is hospitality. i Food was great, all kitchen staff are very kind and helpful. Room sizes are little smaller and 4-5 km away from downtown. Overall, very nice stay, I recommend this hotel to my friends.
