Reviewed By kingliehrLocated in a quiet street in Rivabella the Hotel Barbiani is just just a 2-minute walk away from the beach and to the public bus that will take you to the city center in 5 minutes. The family-owned hotel offers small, newly renovated rooms at great prices that include breakfast, free WIFI, free use of bicycles and very friendly, courteous service. My room came with AC, a small balcony facing the street (cul de sac), a TV, a safe and a small fridge. This is definitely a great hotel for those who do not attach too much importance to the size of their room, but are rather looking for a cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay at night while enjoying the beaches of Rimini during the day.

Reviewed By N5480DTmarcocHotel molto semplice ma allo stesso tempo comodo soprattutto per chi come me ha un autobus da parcheggiare. Personale molto cordiale e molto professionale, interni sobri è appena sistemati con ampia scala ma senza ascensore. La camera è un po’ datata, stile anni 80 però completa di armadio e scrivania, televisore, comodini, telefono e condizionatore. Il bagno è completo di bidet e doccia, ahimè quest’ultima non ha il telo ma si fa direttamente sulla piastrellatura e sui servizi. Ciò nonostante credo che se ci si organizza a farla al mattino o prima di lasciare la camera o prima che facciano le pulizie se si soggiorna per più giorni, il problema è risolto. La domenica sera il ristorante non è aperto ma a 50 metri troviamo una pizzeria e poco più avanti altri ristoranti e un Sushi. La pulizia è di casa, pavimenti e arredamenti puliti e disinfettati, lenzuola e federe fresche di bucato, necessaire da bagno molto assortito e biancheria da bagno pulita. È presente un piccolo terrazzino, pulito e molto luminoso. Finestra con tapparella di recente installazione. L’hotel dispone di due ampi parcheggi di cui uno solo per i mezzi pesanti ed uno per auto e autobus. Considerando che a Riccione non c’è un parcheggio comodo per lasciare autobus, ritengo che questo hotel sia il TOP per qualità e prezzo. Inoltre è a 5 minuti dal casello autostradale di Riccione e quindi facilmente raggiungibile.

La cena consumata nella piazzetta esclusiva del piccolo borgo è stata di ottima qualità. Anche il pernottamento e la colazione hanno dimostrato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da provare!!!!

Most variety of breakfast choices.the only hotel that I could smell in the bathroom how serious they take covid. All other 3 star hotels only claimed it but it didn't feel as clean as there. Very friendly and nice staff.

Reviewed By I400IQtom_kAll Rimini is like return to 80´ but if you love it and you focus on vorey-free vacation with kids, then it´s simply perfect. Hotel itself is small and basic, rooms are quite puristic (now with new A/C) but what kicks this hotel and restaurant to top level is total friendliness of staff (one family operated) and kitchen, what is like to live in an italian family - 100% fresh, 100% tasty.. Breakfast is basic and probably typical - couple home made sweet cakes, hard crust white bread etc. Really nothing special. But lunch and dinner - even my kids what does not eat almost anything had empty plates and were eating fish or pasta with mussels. Fresh starters, primi piatti, main food and fresh fruit or icecream - you will love it. Staff smiling, owners smiling, what else do you need?

My perfect room in Rimini
Reviewed By Alessandro SI've just passed last night with my girlfriend in Casa Mancini B&B in Rimini and We stayed like in a big family. Room was clean and good organization with spaces. There is Wide living room and an open terrace. Here we had a genuine and delicious handmade breakfast and Italian coffee. Owner Claudia and her father are friendly and cozy people. I advice you Casa Mancini.
