Reviewed By Dave SNice spacious room for the price paid. Staff extreamley friendly and helpful, Par in particular was a god send. Great location seconds from the beach and loads of restaurants local. Soi Bus has 24 food eatery which is very cheap but of seriously good standard. So one of my best breaks to Cha Am ever.

Unprofessional Woman Reception Staff.
Reviewed By masaomitakahashiericMy first visit was alone and despite my request, the front reception staff; she gave me 2 single bed. Totally ignored my request for a queen bed. Today I was about to check in with a polite male reception staff but instead was interrupted by another rude and haughty woman, she vehemently insisted that all the other rooms are uncleaned except for the dysfunctional room which she has just assigned to me, which is also plunged in the middle of everything! I wanted a more conducive quiet room at the corner but she Lied that the guests have just checked out and all those quiet conducive room of my choice are totally unavailable. Except for the room 121. I am so livid! My advice to all my dear travellers, stay faraway from this hotel. It’s not worth the grief! There are many nice hotels around but this is Not.

A little bit of paradise here
Reviewed By Tony WParadise is not a word often associated with a hotel; but Bacchus 304 gives one that feeling. Having stayed at three of the hotels up the road and one down the road, Bacchus 304 deserves a five-star rating. Everything is well done: hard wood floor, wicker basket swing chair on the balcony, feminine decorative touches throughout, as well as a very considerate soft-padded non-slip mat covering the entire shower floor. These show that the owner is really proud of her taking good care of her tenants. That which is more surprising is the eatery on the first floor. One would expect “resort prices”; right? Boy, was I wrong. Bucket of ice — no charge; 15 baht for a bottle of Coke is unheard of in a restaurant. Yet, the best part is waiting to show off in the kitchen. The owner’s cooking skills is worthy of half a Michelin Star. Bacchus 304 really feels like a place in heaven. I don’t want to leave.
