Reviewed By sanjubhaiyaWhat a place.Firstly the rates are reasonable.Then it is so convenient to reach as it takes about 2 hrs only from Dehradun airport.Beautifully located , it is peaceful blissful and serene. The mountains on view are a treat to watch.If you are lucky you may meet Ruskin Bond and Victor Banerjee who have their houses their.I the evenings you can see the Doon valley all lighted up.Lovely place indeed.And oh their bakery.You get fantastic confectionary there.Dont miss it.

Worst Hotel I have ever visit
Reviewed By vishu vSo it all starts from here, we were four friends in which two were males and two females. We reached at hotel around 4 pm on 30th March. There we met Mr. David who was manager there and as we have booked room for three people and we were four so we booked one more room so that we can adjust properly So we finally checked-in into our respective rooms. While we entered there was common balcony in front, where some other guys were already sitting and drinking. We feel little awkward so we told Mr.David to resolve this issue. And we left our rooms for exploring Mussoorie and came back around 11.30 pm. We all were going to sleep until I got a call on my cellphone around 3 am so I came out from my room while my friend was sleeping and I close the door and didn't locked it as I have to come back few minutes later. My friend came to me and she told me that while she was sleeping one guy totally unknown entered her room and was standing very close to her bed and suddenly she woke up and shouted on him that what the hell he is doing here , that guy don't understand what to do now and he just left so that no one could see him We were so scared then we went to our friends room and told them this incident. We tried to reach reception but no one was picking our call or responding us. Then we call 100 police for help, meanwhile Mr. David and hotel guard came to ask what happened and we told him the incident. His guard started misbehaving with us. He started abusing us. And when one of my friend tried to stop him Mr.david came and he hit my friend on his face and he also started misbehaving with us. He abused us. Suddenly police arrived ( Sub inspector Mr. Neeraj Singh - 9870877136) with three inspectors we told them the whole incident. Police said they want CCTV footage but David denied and said it is not possible to show. We were sure that the guy was from the same corridor and he were among them only who were having drinks when we checked in into our rooms. So police checked rooms just besides our room. From there 7-8 boys came out and my friend identified that guy. And he apologized in front of everyone. And property manager was also there and he also apologized for all this incident. But it was so bad experience that we decided to checked out the room This was the worst and scary experience ever. Because off all this our weekend got ruined and all the money got wasted This is the worst hotel I have ever visit. Will never suggest anyone to stay there.

Reviewed By Subrata0168Please never book an OYO hotel through Booking.com. We had to go thru a lot of pain since the hotel claimed their contract with OYO is terminated. It was disgusting. The hotel is within 5 mins from Mall Road, but going thru sharp slope (stiff climb while returning). Staff were good as they helped us to identify another hotel nearby. This hotel is not suitable for people over 40. Price manipulation was a serious issue. Hotel tariff is Rs.4400, but OYO is selling at Rs.1200.

Reviewed By DayTrip18650111187Very rude and misbehaving staff. I was with my mother in law and my wife and I booked this hotel on MMT. When we reach to this hotel to my surprise the hotel is in pitch black and gives us haunted feeling. Not even a single light was there for the guidance. I called to the reception and he was trying to guide me on the phone. I insist him to pick us up as we are unable to see the stairs or any path that he want us to follow. After several request he hang up the phone. I called again and then finally he came down. When I asked him why is he not helping us he replied "can't you see those stairs (in a very rude manner)". My wife was kind of afraid from that place and then I asked him where to park my car he replied "yahi rakhlo sar pe leke to le nahi jayenge(keep this car here or you want it to take it on your head)". I was literally pissed off. Had a worst experience.
