Reviewed By Manish91182Staff needs behavioural improvements. Especially food staff. Mr Yash and Mr Dev raj are co operative and helping. Did not understand the only 03 hours time for hot water, when other hotels are offering 24 hours hot water. Furniture needs improvement. Even bathroom attachments need proper service.

Reviewed By punita wPlease don’t waste your money staying at this hotel ..The bedsheets had stains and were very dirty ,bathrooms doesn’t look like hotel bathrooms at all.You have to take a flight of 65 stairs to reach this hotel which was very tiresome for us with toddlers.They charge good enough for breakfast but the food isn’t up to the mark plus they were bringing the food very late like around half n Hour after we ordered.Will not recommend for families

Reviewed By jhimz85We booked a super deluxe room at Hotel Yak through Make My Trip, the dates are check-in on 25th December and check-out on 26th December. To our amazement, we tried reaching out to the property several times through mails and phone, even sent a text through WhatsApp and it shows that the message was read but the management remains unresponsive. I am a little apprehensive about their service, travelled so many times to so many places we never had such an experience!!

Reviewed By VikasD402I satyed here with my family, it's really a Nice hotel, near to Hadimba temple and also it took only 10 minutes walk to be at mall road. Hotel have it's own parking space, rooms are spacious neat and clean.
