Reviewed By 177kunalvThe property location and staff is good but basic amenities needs to be dwelled upon. I know the price is cheap but still basic amenities can't be lacking. Like - Breakfast didn't have basics - butter, jam and water for that matter. Even if you are not giving water on checkout day but at least it should be part of breakfast. Lots of things need attention. Don't comprise on quality just because the property price is cheap.

Very nice stay in Kigali
Reviewed By bodineh448We stayed here in february of 2022. It is located in the more fancy part of Kigali. And for this part of the town, the prices are very affordable. The neighbourhood is very safe, so you could walk around at night. Around the hostel are a few bars and restaurants located. However, if you want to go downtown, it is a bit further. But still very doable and cheap with a moto. We stayed in the dorm, which was very clean. The other rooms were very spatious and nice, but unfortunately a bit outside our budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations and helped us whenever we needed it. Breakfast was very good and varied. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would defenitely recommend!

Rohi Apartment Hotel is composed of 8 apartments with 2 rooms fully equipped and 4 executive suites with jacuzzi and steam. All the apartments are tastefully appointed with all the guest comfort provided including a high speed internet, a phone line, a LED TV flat screen with a wide range of satellite channels and the ability to watch your own movies.

Reviewed By VanderDaag1Dear ROHI Hotels and Apparments, I was planning to stay for one week at this hotel. when I came inside this property and I saw the security not wearing his mask properly showing his nose and mouth. I saw him as well spiting on the floor. I found it very bad and against the everything of health prevention during this pandemic COVID19 (CORONA VIRUS) situation. I approached to a small room who it looks like and small office. I introduce myself to a gentleman there and I asked for prices for a day and for a week. He immediately very unprofessional not showing interest was verbally giving me information about this hotel. Giving information ONLY for the most expensive prices and rates. He has not the price list with him when I asked him. He shows me after the list of prices and i confirm that he wanted only to sell the most expensive rooms to me. I only asked to show me a normal single room with a normal price. He showed me the first-floor room. A huge room with kitchen, gas, bedroom, and a very strange toilet with JACCUSY inside the toilet. I asked him please to showed me a normal small room for me. He totally refused my wishes. I felt not comfortable and offended with the terrible services of this gentleman. always telling me this room is great and spacious. It came into to my attention that the room was very dirty and smelly. when i spoke to him about the bad SMELL of the room he informed me the room was not been cleaned, BUT the bed was made, the kitchen was clean! How is possible the room was not been made? The room smell was very bad. I realized, he lied to me. After we left the room we came back to his office and he didn’t want me to give his list of prices. I only this was allow to take a screen shot. Dear management and OWNER! Please help us to get clean rooms and get a professional costumer service. why cheating and selling expensive ROOMS when the normal affordable room pricse are also good for selling. I will never come back to this property to stay or recommend to any of my expats friends. I hope to receive a letter of apologies for that situation happened. Thank you and kind Regards.

Very nice stay in Kigali

Rouge by Desir is a Smart Hotel with a good service, suitable for person who wants to Relax with a fantastic view of Kigali. The Hotel is located at 15 min drive from the Airport of Kigali, and 10 min drive to the city center, and 5 min drive to the Convention Center. Horrible! Stay away!
Reviewed By Katja SI was there after a conference in Kigali with a big group of friends - the hotel was booked by our organisers from Rwanda, so we did not chose this hotel by ourselves. First of all, the registration process was very slow and unefficient. The breakfast and dinner were very poor, not much selection, tasteless. Second, there is 4 floors and the elevators don't work. Good luck with the heavy suitcases. Third and most horrifing - the water in the rooms was non-existing from 2nd to 4th floor. After a loong muddy day in thr jungle, I wanted to take a shower, and there was NO WATER in the shower or the sink!!!! How the hell can you run a hotel without working showers!!! After I complained in the reception, they told me that the water pressure is not strong enaugh to supply water to upper floors. I asked what can I do.. They recommended me to go shower ON THE POOL!! So I went, and everyone else from the hotel too. The water was ofcourse cold and barely running. Disaster. Never again. I warn you! I have been traveling to all continents, over 35 countries and staied in hundreds of hotels. I have never witnesed such bad standards. Don't be deceived with the nice view from the rooms.

Well Organized and Friendly
Reviewed By PaulagoofyIt was great to arrive at a well run airport. There are a couple of duty free shops as well as a book shop once you go through security. There is also the Pearl lounge which is small but offers food and beverages with clean toilets. Covid protocol was followed at all times.
