Bastante Agradable
Reviewed By EliafloThe staff was really nice. The hotel is OK. It is not great but it is ok... It has 2 rooms with excelent view make sure you ask for them when you make your reservation. The only bad thing is that you have to pay the rooms ahead of time but you need to deposit the amount, they do no accept credit card to make the reservation.

Pretty hotel close to the Piedra de Bernal but slow service
Reviewed By isabelbonnet(+) The bedrooms are clean and the hotel is really close to the Piedra de Bernal. Stunning view near the small pool and yummy coffee in the morning. There is a parking just in front and the hotel is really pretty. (-) The food wasn't really good and the service was extremely slow (each time we ordered food, it took about 1 hour for them to bring it, sometimes they would even forget). A bit too close to the Piedra de Bernal, which is great if you're gonna hike but not ideal if you want to visit the city. Also, we had the rooms next to the restaurant so at night we heard a group of ladies that stayed until super late partying, which was annoying because we weren't able to sleep.

Reviewed By Pris SSin muchos lujos es una buena opción y económica para hospedarse en este hermoso pueblo mágico. Habitaciones con WiFi, agua caliente, parrilla para calentar café, es parte de lo que ofrece este lindo lugar a precios que van desde $1,400 habitación para 5 personas, muy buena opción si tu siguiente parada es Peña de Bernal.

Son unos ladrones
Reviewed By Bernardo GEn las páginas de reservación donde está este hotel dice que aceptan mascotas, durante el proceso de reservación en ninguna parte aparece algún apartado donde tenga que mencionar la existencia de las mascotas. Ya que estas allá te dicen que no las aceptan. Así que ni te dan el servicio NI te regresan el dinero. Eso para mi es ROBAR. Ellos se amparan en una cláusula muy pequeña que dice que hay que informarles, pero repito en ninguna parte del proceso hay algún apartado donde se les pueda informar. Así que tengan CUIDADO con estos ladrones.

Buen hotel pero inaccesibles en cuanto a servicios
Reviewed By claudiamD6540CPLimpio y cómodo pero el personal inaccesible, ya que solicitamos unas sillas y mesa para poder estar en la terraza y no cuentan con ellas, entonces que no ofrezcan al terraza como servicio en el hotel. Con muchas restricciones y prohibiciones para el cliente.
