Our purpose at MXP is to support our customers in maximising their performance in sport, health and life The MXP Training Centre comprises of 3 Arenas. Arena 1 is the martial arts Arena and Arena 2 is the Strength & Conditioning suite comprising of lifting platforms, resistance machines, cables and various functional training equipment. Area 3 is a dedicated lifting area. Learn different martial arts in a professional and friendly environment from beginners level to intermediate to advanced. From stand-up arts such as Thai Boxing to ground fighting such as BJJ. There is something for everyone. Train in one discipline or have unlimited access to every discipline depending on the membership package you decide to take at the MXP Training Centre. Arena 1 itself is a fully matted area with padded uprights and various hanging bags and astro track. Our state of the art S&C suite boasts two huge lifting platform areas with room for 9 big lifts happening simultaneously.

We are situated within the iconic building that is Loch Lomond Galleries. Close to the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond and only 30 mins from Glasgow, this spectacular eye-catching building was constructed in 1905 to house the Argyll Motor Works, then the world's largest car factory. I had my first appointment on 1 March with May and, although it was rather painful, I felt so much better after! I’ve suffered from neck & back problems for years and more recently hip issues, and May’s magic touch definitely helped. Pain I’ve had in my back gone for the first time in almost 2 years!! Today was my second visit and I recd my Thai massage from Lan on this occasion and again feel new and improved!! I will definitely be a regular visitor now. The place although alway extremely busy (always a good sign!) it’s clean and tidy and the staff are always courteous and friendly. It’s always important to me to feel welcome and relaxed for any treatments and I definitely feel more than comfortable in Sawadee ❤️

I was given a spa day at Cameron House as a Christmas present. When I heard about the tragic fire I thought my day was cancelled but the Spa is actually two miles away from the main hotel area along side a golf course. It is a beautiful place to relax and be pampered. We enjoyed the infinity pool on the roof followed by a visit to the steam rooms and saunas and the wonderful hydro therapy pool. We also visited the large swimming pool downstairs but didn’t go in. We had a lovely lunch on the terrace and then on to our treatments. The hot stone massage and salt scrub was just fab. Would recommend booking this for a treat of special occasion sometimes is nice just to spoil yourself.
