I visited the Escape to Exhale (situated at Deja Hotel, Montego Bay Jamaica) with my Mum on 30th April 2019. From the sounds of ambient music, and the sweet scents of the essential oils, to the radiant and welcoming staff, everything at Escape to Exhale resonated as an abode of paradise. There were a wide range of exotic treatments available, from which I chose a package called the 'Bliss Exhale', consisting of: 1. Allspice & Sugar Body Scrub 2. Aromatherapic Massage 3. European Facial, at a respectable $180.00 USD. It lasted for over 2 and a half hours and happened to be provided by a therapist called Sherona, who from start to finish, made the whole experience of Bliss Exhale absolute bliss in the highest sense of the word. Sherona was supremely knowledgeable and skilled in her profession and went above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I absolutely recommend all to experience Escape to Exhale Day spa, this is a hidden treasure of Jamaica.

Warm and friendly atmosphere ,I always feel relax and comfortable when I visit.i just stopped by the barber shop this evening to find out if my barber was there only to be told he's out for a few days . I was then greeted by CHRISHANE another baber in the shop who had asked me if I wanted him to cut my hair I was a little bit excitant because he had never cut my hair before ,so I stood there for a minute and think about it then decide to let him cut my hair ,he was very attentive I couldn’t be happier with the result that I got from CHRISHANE who had cut my hair for the very first time because my barber was out for couple days . Thank you so much again for the amazing services and job well done!” I've been to barber shops all over the island , I've had some good experience, BUT none like at Bonafide Gentlemen Salon. I've been using the services of this prestigious facility for over 3 years and I would not have no problem recommending anyones who would like to have an EXPERIENCE at a a real gentleman salon. The service is second to none, the facility is always clean and the offerings are awesome. The staff also what helps to make this place what it is . CHRISHANE, he is well trained, very customer oriented, polite and attentive. He is very sociable and courteous. CHRISHANE as a barber at Bonafide Gentlemen Salon gets 10/10. We stayed in Villa 88 (Red Ginger) and could not be more pleased with every aspect of our trip. The villa offers six bedrooms each with private bathrooms. HInes, the butler, Olive, the housekeeper and Mama G, the chef were attentive, sweet beyond belief, and extraordinarily professional. We highly recommend you stay in this villa: Hines will coordinate anything you desire; Olive keeps the villa spotless (she even ironed my pajamas!) ; and Mama G's cooking is magnificent. We ate at all of the resort's restaurants, but Mama's G's food far surpassed anything we ate away from the villa. Her shrimp bisque and jerk chicken are two of the best things I've ever eaten. Thank you to all of them. We will most definitely be back!

CrossFit Jamrock has such an amazingly welcoming gym community. They were happy for us to join them in their workouts and super welcoming and encouraging. The coaches were tons of fun and had the warm up, conditioning and WOD nicely laid out for any fitness level. We used Taylor Made Tours as recommended by Jamrock and were lucky enough to use Rahmone the entire week for all the best tours. Thanks Jamrock fam! We had a great time!
