Booked for a couples massage and was very impressed with the service we recieved. We were shown into the relaxation room first where there was a sound wave chair and lots of comfy sofas. We were in the relaxation room for half an hour and then was shown into the rose room for our couples massage. Me and my partner both throughly enjoyed our full body massages with therapists Laurivania and Natalia we found both ladies very friendly and professional. After our massage we were shown back into the relaxation room where we were given our full bottle of Prosecco. All in all a very enjoyable experience will definitely be visiting again.

This is a fabulous hidden gem of a spa. I have been three times now and it has always been a real treat. The therapists and staff are friendly and professional and the treatments are the best I’ve had anywhere. The top to toe pamper package is superb value for money, I would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back again very soon. Thank you for a great experience again.

We are a sociable running group based in the centre of Manchester, meeting on a Wednesday night at The Wharf pub in Castlefield at 6:30pm for a 6:45pm run. There's a 5k, 7k, 8k or 10k option and we head to the pub for a pint afterwards. We also have runs at weekend mornings along the canal. All abilities are welcome.

It is non-judgmental and open and accomodating to everyone, from people with no experience to serious club runners. The founder, Chris Rider, is an inspirational figure within the Manchester running community.

Friendly staff upon arrival. Masseuses seemed well versed and trained in their knowledge for the type of treatment you were receiving. Even though we were in the city centre, the decor, vibe, rooms gave a sense of escapism from the usual day to day busyness you can normally feel when in a city. I made a group booking for 4 people, it was well organised for us all to be treated at the same time. It was professional, relaxing and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great place had a men's facial as recommend by family. Not really a person to go for facials but after this experience and the products available for men, it's well worth a visit. The staff were professional, the place was clean, they made me feel at ease, think they could tell I wasn't a person who is a regular person that visits a beauty salon! Thanks again to all the staff, it's now become much easier getting treatments and I feel at ease. Thank You!
