Absolutely lovely half hour of relaxing reflexology. Whilst I didn't necessarily suffer from any of the conditions mentioned by the therapist during the treatment, I did find the experience extremely therapeutic and would recommend it. I intend to return for another treatment very soon.

Came here with a friend during February half term and had an absolutely fantastic spa day. On arrival we were slightly alarmed by the vast quantity of cars outside as it was the first Monday of the half term. we were apprehensions that it was going to be totally packed! But it didn’t feel overcrowded at all once inside. The building is gorgeous and smelled fantastic throughout. I felt the towel robe hire was reasonably priced at £20, £10 being refunded upon return. And we kept our flip flops and bag. The reception staff were polite and professional The whole atmosphere of the place was very soothing. We loved the hot tub, steam room and sauna. The lighting was incredibly tranquil. Our deal included a one course lunch, the drinks were reasonably priced and we ended up getting dessert as well as we were so impressed by our mains. The young lady at the bar was exceptionally helpful. Afterwards we went for our treatments. My therapist (I think her name was Rachel?) was very professional and helped me to tailor my treatment to aid with things that had been ailing me. All in all: Lovely staff Excellent prices Wonderful location and decoration Lots of facilities
