I cannot say enough good things about Maria. I had the pleasure to find her by a recommendation this month. The studio is so calming and relaxing, and due to the current pandemic situation at the beginning I was a little bit sceptic to go to any place, but she takes all the precautions (masks are required) and the place is absolutely spotless! She is extremely accommodating with the appointments, and easy to talk to. I Love, love, love good energy, and can ensure you the minute you walk in there is a wave of calm and serenity that just washes over you and sets the mood for the entire time. Its not the place, its Maria herself. The service is exceptional, that includes more than a massage. She asks questions and actually listens to your answers. Once she gets down to business, she gives the best massage I’ve ever had ( I have had multiple massages by different therapists-Maria has exceed all of them) . Perfect amount of pressure and I dont know how to explain it , but she cleans the whole energy, and focuses exactly in what you ask. This is a MUST. You wont regret it.

This place is not your average gym. You won’t find a packed spin class or grunty weights room here. But if you’ve ever considered learning martial arts for fitness, for self-defense, or just because punching bags is fun, this place is definitely worth a visit. What you will find here are skilled and committed martial arts teachers, small classes, bright, clean spaces, and a community vibe where everyone is rooting for you as you learn and train. The teachers here have years of experience in various MMA styles including Muay Thai and Brazilian JiuJitsu. And there’s yoga to balance and stretch it out. Small classes with skilled teachers mean that there’s individual attention and a high level of quality guidance for everyone learning. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a total newbie with no clue how to wrap up, or are an experienced mma fighter. The teachers here tailor their classes to all levels. They know how to support and guide, and how to give that extra push. Private sessions work to refine technique or give that extra push in general fitness and are totally worth the investment. There’s no other gym like this in Cascais.

Great massage, at a great price (for Europeans!). Everything was great - timeliness, welcome, interior design, music, odeurs, staff, and importantly; massage. A perfect balance between hard and pleasurable massage sensations. As per usual, I was walking on air for the first hour afterwards - recommended!
