What a lovely place to visit at the end of a day in the sun. Treatment by Ayu was amazing - the perfect pressure with the head massage to release any tension. I will definitely be back during my visit thank you!

I am grateful for this 12 day Pancha Karma journey, Dr Sujatha and Dr Remil and loving staff for patiently supporting the transformational healing process. It was difficult at the beginning, enlightening to become aware of my physical issues I had ignored, my emotional patterns started to amplify for me to take charge, at day 6 the Ayurveda Indian healing food tasted like heaven! 4 kilos lost and Must TO DO things in life, once or every year!

Apneista was hosting an 8-day freediving camp with some of the greatest professionals in the world. The crew smoothly pulled off an event with 20 instructors and 70 participants. Together with the joint business Blue Earth at the hill they have the most amazing venue to learn, train, dive, and then have some excellent time off with delicious meals and great company. And although you could virtually live there, the Apneista team cares about the local community, constantly encouraging to spread some love and visit other places.

Indra and I crossed paths a bit more than a year ago in Bali. I had never achieved such great results in such a short period of time with any yoga teacher before. As I'm quite tall, my back and neck have always been quite sensitive spots as well as my posture. Thanks to Indra I had reached great allignments with by body in just a few dessions. Now, after losing contact, we restarted classes online and I am truly amazed by the effects. It really feels like being back in the studio in Bali, but now from my own living room. As always, Indra's sessions are at ease, calm and relaxed. Still the results are absolutely astonishing. It has been months since Ive felt so alligned with both my body and my mind. I'm having proper nights of sleep again since months, feel calmer and way better capable of dealing with challenges crossing my path. I highly recommend an online session with Indra.

Had a wonderful experience at Karsa Spa today, I booked the Luna Vegan Delight which includes a hour full body massage, body scrub and lotion, a shower with nice gel and shampoos to wash it off and a 30 minute bath of your choice - I chose the flower bath. I arrived about 40 minutes early for my appointment as I had been prepared for my hotel driver to take time to find it, however he knew where it was from taking people before. It was no problem, I was given water and a cooling towel and got to choose my scrub and oil which is nice, because you never know what you might be in the mood for until you’re there to smell it. You also can state any areas to focus on. The walk into the spa is a wow moment with stunning gardens and scents which immediately gives you a better aura than the town centre of ubud, it’s very tranquil and beautiful. For the treatment you get a lovely private outdoor room which is beautifully decorated to fit in with the natural environment and my therapist was very sweet and gentle, she explained what was happening as each treatment changed and checked in with me how I was feeling with pressure or comfort without disturbing from the treatment. The massage was the best I’ve had, very intuitive. I nearly fell asleep I felt so relaxed. The products used were lovely - I have sensitive skin and had some bad bites and was wondering if they might flare up - the treatment actually did the opposite and they have healed further over the day and are soothed by the products used, not made worse which is amazing. The scrub and lotion are really moisturising and my skin feels great. The flower bath made me feel like a princess, very indulgent and the therapist was kind and offered to take a couple of pictures so I could remember it. After the massage I had a ginger tea and reception kindly called my driver when I gave them his card as I didn’t have signal. This isn’t a side street massage, this is for mental and physical wellbeing and a great experience. I’ve had massages and treatments before but this one felt special and memorable and well worth the price for premium service. Thank you for a great experience.

A few years ago, we had stayed at their private pool villa and really enjoyed a few of their spa treatments then. We also left a detailed note with the big & little things we thought they could improve on. It was great that the management responded very well to our note. Yesterday, on a quick trip through Bali, we purposefully made a stop at the Amala Spa on our way to a late flight out - hoping to experience the wonderful time we had on our previous visit. The Amala Spa delivered!!! I believed there were some nice renovations done to the gardens & buildings. The spa room was also pleasant and calming. We loved the attitude & great skills of the therapists, Bu Widi the thoughtful Spa receptionist, the wonderful cucumber mint drink, ginger tea & snack. Also the sound of the chimes used at the beginning of their treatments that almost always immediately puts our bodies, minds & souls into that perfect zen like vibration zone - ready & willing to be taken into spa treatment bliss... Looking forward to the chance for a future visit back again at the Amala!
