Buona osteria dove gustare piatti della tradizione con pasta fatta a mano,carni provenienti da allevamenti sicuri,formaggi prodotti in casa,verdure coltivate in ambiente sicuro,ecc ecc. Il tutto cucinato da un bravo cuoco e gestito da una proprietaria energica. Complimenti,continuate così!

In giro per la costa sud ovest della meravigliosa Sardegna abbiamo fatto tappa ad Iglesias prima di andare alla scoperta di Cala Domestica e Pan di Zucchero. Cercando consigli su trip advisor abbiamo deciso di pranzare da Ciccio. Il locale eâ molto carino, pulito ed accogliente con le sue pareti di sasso. Le ragazze sono sorridenti e solari. Visto il caldo intenso della giornata (42 gradi) volevamo un pranzo semplice ma gustoso. Abbiamo preso spaghetti con le vongole per 4 con lâaggiunta di bottarga per uno. Ho apprezzato la cortesia della cameriera che eâ venuta a scusarsi che il cuoco stava erroneamente cucinando linguine invece degli spaghetti e che se non ci andavano bene avrebbero cambiato. A noi andava bene lo stesso. La pasta era al dente, molto abbondante e ben condita (un ottimo olio dâoliva e vongole super). Abbiamo preso due bottiglie dâacqua, mezzo di vermentino, un caffè e tre tiramisù della casa. Totale spesa: euro 66. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Initially some of our party of five hairy men a bit dismissive of the overly 'cheffy' menu descriptions, but the food won them over. Imaginative dishes, good ingredients, great cooking - really satisfying meal. Good value, and great service too, the poor waiter had to work very hard to help us translate the menu.

Very positive experience in Iglesias. The personnel was welcoming, although they don't speak English, but we managed :)I enjoyed very much the courgette tartar with bottarga and parmesan- an interesting and delicious starter. Interesting mix of tastes, balanced and with a nice texture. For entree I had prawns, probably they prepare them before grilling, as they were really really tender. Unfortunately I had no space for a dessert left by the end of the meal âºï¸

Food lovely and well presented -napkins and tablecloths - hotel traditional inside but yet very modern - we stayed 2 nights. 3km south of Iglesias. Bit difficult to find but explained this on hotel review. Wine list good. They also do pizzas. We had pizzas one night and a proper 3 course meal the other night - would definitely return - very good meal and for us the food was almost as good as the no 1 restaurant on trip advisor for this area where we had gone one day for lunch.

Pleasant attentive service - as ever a good range of pizze. I had the Vesuvio which was v good. She had a rice & veg dish - the rice was perhaps a bit undercooked but otherwise delicious. Two mains, one large beer cost â¬25 - good food, good value.Recommended

During a rainy afternoon, we sat down for dinner at this restaurant in the centre of Iglesias. The dishes were tasteful and the staff very helpful. The local red wine was a bargain!

Nice variety on the menu (oh, except we're out of....) but the food, while quite edible, is unremarkable. I had a bready pizza, but the Orata (fish) was well-cooked (if only somewhat flavorful). They had some drinks (but we're out of...)...I'll give them a tiny bit of room, seeing as it was St. Patricks Day and we came before the big crowds...but the service was insanely slow for being empty...Out of the way.

My boyfriend took me to the warung beach club for my birthday dinner, the entire evening was a beautiful surprise: all the menu from the starters to the dessert was well fineshed and and the atmosphere was lovely. All the diashes were innovative but with the genuine ingridients from Sardinia.They have a good selection of wine and all the waiters are were well prepared to suggest the best wine for our dinner. The next day we had a pleasant day on the beach, we had a tasty frittura and spritz.I recommend to the excursion with them as well, you have the opportunity to know more about the history of Porto Flavia and Pan di Zucchero and of course swim the fishes in the beautiful sardinian sea.I would like to say thank you to Arianna and Matteo and to all the Warung staff for let me have a great birthday.
