Amazing experience! Our pilot Bob took us around Central London in such a professional and friendly manner. He was very polite all through out and made the experience so much better as we were able to sightsee all the popular landmarks. My partner was extremely happy with her surprise! The company as a whole were really helpful with bookings and directions to the venue.

I am lucky enough to live in this postcard picturesque area on the edge of the famous Cotswolds region. It's easily reached from Oxford city- where I happen to be an experienced tour guide too. So if you book a tour with me, not only can I tell you lots about the Cotswolds heritage but also its connections to Oxford and eg the famous Oxford pre Raphaelite artists such as William Morris who lived in this region. On the tour, I will also introduce the historical monuments which we'll visit such a Roman villa & the ruins of a medieval manor house.

Inclusions: Myself as your personal private guide, introducing local sights, history & heritage

Exclusions: There will be opportunities to stop for lunch or drinks but please bring water., I can advise you regarding public transport arrangements to meet point & end of tour, Option also exists to arrange shorter route but means I'd pre book a taxi which you'd need to pay

We had so much fun on our first tour that we booked a second one later in the week! The first day we did Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Lacock (instead of Bath). David was very patient and easy to chat with. He even showed us the Eton area and Woodhenge. He gave us pastries when we finished Windsor Castle. We all had a lovely day. Later in the week, we did Leeds Castle, Bodiam Castle, Canterbury and White Cliffs of Dover, which was also excellent. We saw so much in those two days and David was so kind. He was like a dad, making sure we had umbrellas and that we weren't hungry. We'd definitely book another tour with him in the future.

I was charged for the tour, showed up 15 minutes early stayed 15 minutes past the tour time at the correct location. No text, no e-mail, called the tour operator Pigeon Tours, the voicemail was full. The next morning, I called Viator, the tour was cancelled because the minimum number of guests was not met but the e-mail was sent the day after the event. I wasted two hours of my time and money traveling to and from the tour location. Disrespectful, horrible, awful, bad experience. Viator needs to remove them from their website!

Awesome, outstanding, amazing, top-notch! We honestly cannot think of enough good things to say about John & his tours. We had a wonderful day, in fact John is the best tour guide we have ever had! Not to mention how gorgeous Leeds castle in Kent is, it’s magic. We could have spent the whole day in the medieval town of Canterbury it’s got everything from good food to shopping plus history. I have used other transportation services from Heathrow to my hotels before visiting London, but this has been the best so far! As soon as I arrived in the airport terminal my driver Paulo greeted me, it was so easy to locate him which was a relief. Expedia booked the incorrect travel dates that I was arriving and advised me to cancel and re book again myself online, I explained to the rep I was having difficulty locating a private transfer suitable for my needs especially with Covid still running rampant. Instead I decided to call City transfers myself and there staff changed everything that expedia screwed up. I didn't have to cancel re book anything as Expedia advised me to do. I even received a courtesy phone call the day before my departure to confirm my details again. I also received text message when my drivers had arrived. Extremely great service, definitely new fav for private transportation when visiting in the UK!
