Kawasaki Daishi Heiken-ji Temple

This temple is really beautiful. You can pray here for a while and then see the beautiful grounds maintained by temple. Easily accessible by train, need to get down at Kawasaki Daishi station.

Tokyo Bay Aqua Line

Reviewed By samanthaHBL - Muriwai Beach, New Zealand

Our Japanese friends took us through the tunnel to the man made island - the tunnel is spectacular as it is soooo long and then you are on an island in the middle of the harbour (it looks a bit like a cruise liner). If you look out from one of the many viewing platforms you will able to see the ventilation shaft coming out of the water. To truly appreciate the tunnel visit the small museum (free) - which is near the big blade that was used to drill the tunnel which has models of the tunnel which helps to put the whole thing into perspective! Lots of food to eat and to buy as well as good loos.
