Victoria Leeds has some gorgeous shops, not to mention my favourite bar in Leeds, Issho. The arcades are absolutely stunning and the staff are always lovely. With the Victoria Leeds app there are several in-store events I get invited to, competitions I can enter and much more.

We find this a superb destination- easily accessible, good walks, interesting sculptures and other artistic installations, quality shop and good food. In particular we have always found the other visitors courteous and considerate- probably because the visitor base is family orientated. Highly recommended.

Having lived within 8 miles of Cartwright Hall all my life (50 years plus) this was unbelievably my first visit and what a treat. The Hall and grounds are magnificent and the exhibits (as an art lover) were quite wonderful. So many noted and popular original pieces (huge Hockney display, Lowry, Lichtenstein) to name a few. And incredibly it was free to enter!!! Multiculturalism is also celebrated and offered a great insight into Bradford's history relating to this. Although in the depths of Autumn when I visited, I could appreciate how amazing it will be to go again in the Spring or Summer to get the full benefits of the quite spectacular landscaped gardens and Lake. I have now run out of superlatives so will let you decide yourselves.

A stunning shopping centre with a great mix of shops, a fantastic cinema and brilliant restaurants - I especially love the Trinity Kitchen where there is a great selection of lots of different types of food and drinks!

Antiques at the Mill have over 40 dealers who sell a wide range of antique, vintage and retro furniture, antiques, vintage, collectables, jewellery, militaria and much more. Spoons Tearoom are also on site serving breakfasts, lunches, coffee and cakes. We are open seven days a week, have onsite parking and take debit and credit cards.

If you haven't shopped at HAM CORNER and BRACEWELLS BUTCHERS in Todmorden Market - you haven't lived!! HAM CORNER is a confectioners, sandwich/salad provider - pies, savoury and sweet, quiches, cooked meats and so much more. Portions are ENORMOUS and prices are CHEAP. Staff are amazing - helpful, efficient and very friendly. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. BRACEWELLS is a family butchers and provides first class personal service, superb meats and there is nothing to fault. Tender, full of flavour and nothing is too much trouble. All cuts catered for. Tod Market is a great place to visit - a blast from the past with first class goods on offer.

The most wonderful surprise. A space that is magnicent. Upstairs there is a wonderful Hockney exhibition as well as displayed pieces of contemporary and vintage china alongside wonderful pieces of furniture for sale. Nice cafes and concessions as well as an antique shop and fabulous bookshop...wonderful. The surrounding area is a joy too... can't recommend highly enough for a great day out solo, with friends or as a couple....wouldn't bring youngsters but older kids would be fine.
