Beach Bubbles Cayman

Since visiting the Caymans about 4 years ago, I have continued to order her coconut soap which is the best, most moisturizing soap I have ever used. My husband is even using it now. It smells marvelous and truly helps your skin. All of her products are pure and she makes them herself. I have tried many others that are wonderful. Her coconut moisturizing hand cream is wonderful as well. Nina truly captures and the natural elements of the island. She is a gem and I don’t know what I would do without her products. I live in NJ and she ships whatever I need very quickly. Please give her products a try. Her orange soap is amazing! You will not regret it. She is the best!!!

Guy Harvey Gallery and Shoppe

Reviewed By LuvScuba

If you enjoy beautiful, colorful artwork that really captures the true essence of sea life and supporting ocean and reef conservation efforts, this is a must-stop for you. Everything is priced in USD, and they keep it ice cold in the shoppe. It is full of high-quality clothing and accessories, along with beautiful limited edition jewelry. Upstairs features Guy Harvey’s art gallery with amazing paintings and bronzes. There are so many things to look at. My girlfriend’s husband and I bought cool coffee mugs. Hubby bought me one of the beautiful necklaces, “The Heart of the Sea,” and my girlfriend treated herself to another one of the necklaces, a Nautilus. They are both made with vitreous enamel in sterling silver. They came with a certificate of authenticity, drawstring gift pouch, polishing cloth and lifetime warranty. Pick up the Responsible Seafood Guide by the cash registers, it will be very eye-opening, and helps us all do our part in ensuring we are consuming sustainable fish.

Artifacts is an antique store founded in 1971 and is a treasure trove of antique jewellery, maps, prints, china, shipwreck treasures, ancient Greek and Roman coins, Spanish American coins both mounted in 14kt gold and unmounted. It is a great spot to pick up a unique gift with a great story behind it. Artifacts is constantly adding to its stock so there is always something new to interest customers and collectors. Artifacts has a great reputation for selling quality goods from trusted sources. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about antiques and are happy to explain the background to any of the items on sale.

Artifacts has all kinds of antique items. Yet the ancient Greek, Roman, and shipwreck coins are the best items to view and purchase. I purchased an antique string of graduated pearls for my wife that were from 1920. They are so cool! If you come to George Town, skip the shirt shops and go into this shop for a real Caribbean experience.

Rocky's Diamonds

At Rockys's we not only sell Jewelry, we create memories. Honesty backed with Customer Service is our Motto.

Reviewed By Berant_Louth - Drogheda, Ireland

In early January 2020 we were booked to go on a Cruise, stopping into Grand Cayman. As a 50th Birthday treat, I was looking for an Opal ring and pendant in particular, and in browsing websites found some great reviews for Rocky's Diamonds. They have a really comprehensive and easy to navigate website, so I emailed them directly and corresponded with Rakesh who could not have been more helpful. They replied promptly, and even text me images of the items they had in stock. They then uploaded better images with full information to their website on these pieces and sent me the link saying that they would guarantee an in-shop discount for me should I end up calling in and being interested in any of the pieces. I was very impressed. They sent me directions to get to the shop for when we arrived at the port. Honestly, the whole experience was so easy and effortless. On the Royal Carribbean Boat, they do not recommend any shops with which they do not have an agreement - Diamonds International and a couple of others seem to be the 'shops of choice' for the Shopping Reps to bring/direct their passengers to as they are being paid big royalties and fees by the shops for the service, and in return the Reps and Cruise companies get their percentage of all sales. We also called into these shops during our time in port, and they are quite hard sell and a little bit pushy and full of sales chatter, which I found a bit off putting. Rockys Diamonds are not on the list of shops you will hear about, but I would highly recommend everyone looking to purchase a piece of jewellry to make sure they visit Rockys if you are in Grand Cayman. You will not be disappointed. On the day we arrived, we walked in to Rocky's and asked for Rakesh, who immediately came out to us with a big welcome and instantly remembered we were there to view their opal collection and offered us seats and drinks for my husband and myself and our two children (we kindly accepted a cold beer for my husband, chilled water for myself and chilled sodas for our two sons). At no time did we feel under pressure to purchase anything, and in the end we ended up buying a beautiful gold and australian opal ring, matching pendant, and my husband also bought a beautiful gold and tantalum wedding band (a little upgrade!). As it happened the sizes in store fit us perfectly, but sizing would have been arranged and completed within an hour or two had we required it. We absolutely love our pieces and will always remember where we bought them in Grand Cayman. What a great memory of our 2020 vacation. I've enjoyed wearing them practically every day since! We were also provided with printed out valuations for all pieces for insurance purposes. Even when our credit card wouldn't go through the first couple of times, Rakesh offered us their phone and a quiet place to ring our bank who just needed confirmation that it was indeed us trying to place a purchase in a Grand Cayman shop. Just to note that in the end, we couldn't get through from the shop's phone, but when we rang from our own personal mobiles, using our roaming plan, as if it were a local call back home, the call went straight through. The purchase was then able to go straight through while we were still on the phone with the bank. We were able to barter a little bit with Rakesh, but in fairness, all the prices are genuine, and upon returning home and getting our items valued, they were all worth 50% more than what we paid for them. So we were more than happy! Thank you Rocky's Diamonds.

I found this scent by chance a couple years ago at our resort. I love love love “ Little Black Dress” so much I was using it very sparingly knowing we were returning this year. I had no idea there was a physical store where all of this magic is produced. The smells are all so lovely. I got my favorite as well as a coconut whip and it is fantastic. Found many extras there like a pretty bracelet and children’s soap with a toy hidden inside. This store is wonderful, do not pass it by. I will definitely order on line as well!
