The lovely girl gave us great advice on our westies sore legs and advised us on what products to buy . The difference with him is amazing . Also the staff always make our westies so welcome even though one of them is a barker. Amazing friendly shop with staff who genuinely care thanks again x

I hadn't visited the Shipley Art Gallery for a while and I'd forgotten what a lovely place it is to visit. It has an interesting collection of ceramics, jewellery and furniture as well as a collection of historical paintings.The staff were friendly and the place has a lovely atmosphere. Well worth a look around.

Came for 2 days shopping and as always lots of shops to choose from,parking is free to use and plenty of spaces to go around,the staff we spoke to were polite,and the centre was nice and clean even though it was busy.

Visited this location again and went for a chill out coffee and sandwich...a young lady called Lauren was on service...her customer friendly attitude was excellent to us and following customers...prices very reasonable and area kept clean by staff..well recommended
