I recommend great place for meals and rest in Thesaloniki. Zorba offers very fresh, well prepared and extremely tasted food. We spent here beautiful time several times during last week, also due to friendly open atmosphere, perfect service and real Greek soul. Owners appreciate guests, meet expectations, do their best. I will miss them until next year. Hope to bring friends with me. To all following my choice - enjoy!!!

We had the most amazing âlunchâ here which turned into a marathon of many delicious dishes, much wine, music and dancing. The staff couldnât have been more welcoming and the quality of the musicians was extremely high. It was a pleasure to meet some local people who were also enjoying the music. After more than four and a half hours we wound our way unsteadily down the hill with some great holiday memories.Well worth a visit. This restaurant is on a side street near the ferry terminal, and definitely worth seeking out. I had dinner, ordering local fish. It quickly appeared, grilled to perfection. The salad (tomatoes, cukes and onions) was freshly prepared from local ingredients. I especially enjoyed the eggplant. My waitress was friendly, and service was efficient. The bathroom was clean.

Our travel agent recommended the restaurant and we were not disappointed. We had 2 appetizers, a salad, 2 entrees, and a bottle of wine for under $90â¬. The scallops and shrimp in potato bird nests were both delicious as was the eggplant salad, paella, and grilled sea bass. We were also offered free dessert and after dinner drinks, including Mastic, Grappa, and Espresso liqueurs and Greek dessert wine. But the best part of the evening was out waitress who was an absolute sweetheart.thank you very much!

Our hotel recommended the Grada Nuevo for good seafood. It is located in a busy restaurant precinct, where there's plenty of options. The restaurant looks attractive with a modern, trendy setting and professionally dressed staff, who welcome you in. Our party of 4 chose 2 X salmon, 1 X cod, and 1 X groper. All dishes were well presented and perfectly cooked ; the bread basket we got with it had a good selection of crunchy rolls. Together with a nice bottle of white the bill came to 110 Euro. We had a good night, and a wonderful meal ; we considered it fair value and we came back the night after for more.

Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Come for dinner with family and everybody loved all the food we ordered. We even came back the next day to try their meat, since we had seafood the first time. By 9pm the restaurant gets packed, reservation is highly recommended. Since the restaurant is located on a quite pedestrian street, we asked for the table outside.

A fantastic find, off the main streets in Thessaloniki. The service was great, happy to cater for vegetarians. Traditional Greek salads, cheeses and meats available. Enjoyable meal.

We went to this restaurant based on reviews and have to say we were all very disappointed. The service is terrible and the waiters in a couple of incidents quite rude. The starters and mains come to the table at different times. Some of us had our mains before we had finished the starter. The food itself was average to say the least and extremely salty. There are so many other restaurants which are so much better and friendlier. Iâd give this one a miss.

We stumbled upon this gem of a find in the narrow streets of the city. And what a find. The food is so simple but just amazingly tasty. The exotic salad is divine....the best salad I have ever eaten. Both chicken dishes on the menu are fabulous. A well decorated taverna, with welcoming staff! Prices are very reasonable too! A must of a taverna to visit!
