Prefect location on the beach, with nice staff and great atmosphere (even though it was off season).The food was great (they are testing new menu these days, so I guess new things are coming), and the cocktails were awesome.Highly recommended Thank you for your comment. They have a great selection on the menu, and some of the best casadas you're going to find. They had a couple different shrimp specials that were excellent. The avocado salad was huge and very good. Fun place to watch a game with some locals! I would go back.

I've stayed at Casa MarBella four years in a row now and this was the first time we walked up the short path to Brisas. I can't even explain why we hadn't before but I'm glad we finally did. We ended up going twice. Once for pizza night on Friday and then once again for the regular menu. My entire family enjoyed the grilled pizza and we hung around until we were stuffed and had to waddle down the hill. I think this would be a weekly event for us if we lived in ST. The regular menu is spot on as well. I highly recommend the seafood tapas and the calamari tacos. For dinner I had the crispy tuna which was a real treat. This whole place has a really cool vibe with a great deck, some very laid back tables with couches, a funky bar and good music. I also thought the prices were very reasonable for the food served. One thing I did notice, it did not appear that they had included the 10% service charge on the bill that is customary in most CR restaurants. So tip accordingly.

Really. If you're looking for more than rolls, which are the BEST at Koji, this is the place. Prepared by Koji himself, this is real Japanese. Everything is wonderful. I am particularly fond of the salads, fried snapper, any sushi, and always the catch of the day. Delicate, beautiful preparation, and everything is cooked to perfection. You wont get a bad bite at this place and the prices are very reasonable for all that you get. All his lovely servers are knowledgeable and speak fluent English as well. This is the best Japanese in Santa Teresa. Look no further if you're a foodie :)

We went for a birthday dinner with my husband. The menu is small but it's sure to please everyone. We shared the tuna tartare for appetizer which was delish - avocado, tuna sashimi with just a hint of sesame oil and wasabi and topped with mango. Served with fresh patacones - plantain chips. For main course we had the special of the day which was BBQ pork bandiola - literally falling apart from being cooked so tender with roasted potatoes and a fresh Asian slaw. And the Tropical shrimps stir-fried in coconut oil with pineapple and rice and Asian slaw.Portions were really filling. Menu had local brewed beers, wine and cocktails. Small place but super quaint. You might need to share a table if it's super busy. Fairly priced for quality and portion size. Definately recommend and will go back for that tuna tartare and to try their poke bowls.

This place is an absolute gem. I had the tropical ceviche with mahi mahi. Every culinary element covered. The sweet from the mango and passion fruit, the sour from the lime, the crunch from the peppers and onions, the spicy from the ginger and jalapeno. The owner was running the show and was incredibly friendly and hospitable.You simply won't find a tastier and refreshing meal after an afternoon on the beach.Thank you for your kind words my friend it was a pleasure to have you in for a bite. Classic Italian dishes in the middle of Santa Theresa. The eggplant parm was the clear standout for the food; it was just as good as my noniâs. The passion fruit cocktail was the best drink I had in Costa Rica. The waitstaff was excellent, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable.
