Sinceramente sono partita già prevenuta vista la chiamata per la prenotazione nella quale mi sono sentita dire "avete un po' troppa roba" dove per roba si parlava di una bimba di 3 anni, un neonato con passeggino e un cagnolino.... Sorvoliamo....Mi era anche stato preventivato un possibile collocamento in una "prima" saletta per evitare problemi... Non credevo certo che prima saletta fosse l'ingresso dove ad ogni apertura della porta si sentiva una bella folatina d'aria frizzantina (anche grazie ad alcuni avventori poco educati che lasciavano la porta aperta)... Basterebbe una lama d'aria e la saletta sarebbe perfetta anche come clima... Comunque...L'ambiente é molto caratteristico e particolare (per quello che abbiamo visto) e l'oggettistica varia lo rende caldo...Il menù é piccolino e tradizionale, ma con un occhio di riguardo anche a coloro che cercano qualcosa di un po' ricercato. Buoni i salumi, anche se la spalla cotta di S.Secondo fredda non rende al massimo. Tagliate è costata sono stati molto apprezzati. Il mio ganascino non mi ha pienamente soddisfatta: doveva essere ai porcini, ma non ne ho visto nemmeno un pezzettino e nemmeno percepito il sapore. Sfortuna.. Era comunque morbido e gustoso.Molto buoni i dolci e buona scelta di vini.Servizio: tutti molto cortesi e preparati... Due cose sole mi hanno lasciata un po' perplessa: le lunghe attese tra le pietanze (che immagino dovute al fatto che la cuoca sia praticamente sola in cucina o con un mini aiuto...) e il signore addetto alle bevande (credo il marito della titolare e cuoca) che rimane, suo malgrado, dietro il banco tutta la sera per preparare bevande e caffè, ma per coloro che siedono "attaccati" al bancone mette un pochino a disagio pur essendo silenziosissimo, gentilissimo e molto affabile...Conto: medio alto ma corretto.

Very good and big restaurant pizzeria in the centre of Roverbella. Very big inside, we enjoyed orecchiette with pesto and shrimps and tortellini with spinach. Everything was good and delicious, very good choices of pizza. Friendly and efficient staff on a Saturday evening, the place was very busy but we didn't wait for long. There's a pretty big car park, very well organized. Cool, recommended!!!

We were made to feel so welcome here by the friendly staff. They speak good English and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is tucked away behind the domed Basilica San Andrea, but just a few minutes on foot. The food was truly delicious and all the staff were helpful and enthusiastic, yet quiet and unobtrusive. When we booked for a second dinner here the chef prepared extra gluten free delicacies specially for my wife. We loved the range of different foods showcasing the specialities of Mantova and of Sicily. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant surprise during our stay in Mantua. Friends of us booked for a dinner within this romantic and high-quality restaurant. It's in the suburbs of the city, really close to the center but you must go there by car or cab.Food is very refined and delicious, prepared with really fresh raw materials: anchovies, baby squids and "mazzancolle" shrimps were our main ingredients.Here you can feel the typical preparation and service of south of Italy, even if you're deep in the north.

Good Pizza and Salat for a reasonable price, almost all special is served with fisch or seafood, that's the great specialty. My schrimp cheese pizza was good and I was well served.

Piatti proposti inferiori a quelli descritti nella promozione, quindi un po' scorretti, proponete un ventaglio di scelte che vengono ridotte poi al momento dell'ordine. Contorno imposto dalla cucina mentre nella promozione vi era possibilità di scelta.Cameriere molto cortese.Il locale è carino peccato per la televisione rimata accesa ad alto volume durante tutta la cena. Affettati e primi piatti buoni. Dolci non un granché. Ho visto passare pizze di bell'aspetto ma il forno è a gas.L'atmosfera nel complesso non mi ha convinto.

I had lunch on Sunday. Restaurant was crowded, but its quite wide with a beautiful on the river.My meal was delicious: I enjoyed a risotto with sedanorapa and shrimps. Yhen I ordered some vegetables. Cakes are gorgeous, people are very kind and an the bill is quite cheap.

Came here on the advice of the nearby Agriturismo Beatilla, Parking the car was a bit tricky. The reception was very friendly the food was excellent. The mixed salumi were delicious as was the Pasta della Rotta which is the first time I've had a sweet and sour pasta dish. The brasato of asino (donkey) and polenta was wonderful, so tender you didn't need a knife at all. Service was incredibly efficient and fast which as we were a bit tired was nice. The atmosphere was very relaxed and easy going, not a pretentious place,but down to earth and decidedly good value for money. Thank you.

Menu - excellent for fish, great selection, especially good is the antipasti consisting of 6/7 different dishes.Service - outstanding and extremely professional which is so hard to find. Owner and staff smiling and very friendly.Restaurant - stylish and elegant, prices are within the normal price range.
