We ate here one evening and got a table without booking. The staff are friendly and the choice of meals is good. The food is not exactly Michelin starred but pretty good for this kind of beach-side restaurant. The location is great; overlooking the sea. We would eat here again.

We ordered from this restaurant as it was close to our villas. The food was average but there was a few choices for vegetarians. The delivery was fast and efficient, would recommend for one dinner but would not go back as there was limited vegetarian options.

Fabuous restaurant & well appointed. The food was very nice, although I did not understand why the staff felt the need to prove to the customer that they serve 'fresh fish', even though they also gave us the option to choose our own from the display platter. Frozen fish can be thawed & displayed to look as if it were fresh; some people didn't know that! The food was resonably priced although I thought Orizodes cocktail prices were a little high. As delicious as it was, I paid 12 Euros for a Cosmopolitan. On the third evening we dined at Orizodes I asked for a complementary drink & the waitress replied something to the effect that "We think all Greeks are thick!" To this day I still do not understand why that comment was made. We have been visiting the Greek islands for over 30 years & have noticed a definate change of attitude toward us from some the younger Greek staff than we used to recieve from their parents. Considering tourism is the backbone of the islands economy maybe they should think twice before dropping such comments. If complemenary drinks were served at Orizodes we would have returned a fourth time! Ironically, our villa owner supplied endless free quality drinks i.e. wine beer & spirits as well as hosting a bbq for my 60th birthday!

It's always interesting to see how opinions differ, We had a lunch and a dinner there. The lunch was disappointing- for example, the sardines were completely dry. Dinner was much better and it is a lovely setting. The zucchini balls and the honey feta were delicious. We had fresh fish which was good but quite expensive. Our waiter, George, was nice and fun.The only issue was a misunderstanding about ordering more wine- whether we had or not, we didn't get it but they'd already put it on the bill and wouldn't take it off. The simplest solution was to give us the cash but they wouldn't. They gave us the 2 bottles, but why did we have to spend the restaurant price when we could get it at half the price in a supermarket? It was a shame as it left a bad taste on an otherwise nice evening.

We kept on coming back to this restaurant as not only were the views spectacular, the staff helpful and charming, but the food was just great. The best Tsatsiki ever, good greek salad, fabulous courgette fritters, aubergines - the list could go on! The draft beer was ice cold - and food and drink all at very reasonable prices. We hope to return next year.

Hard to find at first. You need to park at the St. Nikolas port. IT was a gem. Traditional seafood place, pretty much a place, only locals would go to, with cheap prices, but exceptional food ! If you're staying in the area, definitely need to try out.

We went with family. Plenty of choices on the menu. Traditional appetizers with a twist. We ordered a variety of pizza; all were good. The chocolate souffle was wonderful.Spacious veranda with a wonderful view. Also take walk down to the waterfront and take a dive into the sea!

After a hot day of travelling this is a lovely restaurant to chill at and have a few drinks. Does not cater for disabled and we found the food pretty bland really compared to other places that we have visited. Service was very good.Thank you very much for your comments. We would like you to know that we take into consideration every review and rate that has been made for our restaurant. It is our policy to not answer back when it is about the flavor of our products as we respect the different taste preferences. But we would like to emphasize that caring for people with disabilities is a value for us. We provide wc for disabled and a special entrance from the opening of the restaurant in 2015. We feel very sorry if you needed any kind of help and we didn't notice that, as we always try as much as it is possible, to take particular care of every visitor in our place. We really thank you for your visit to our island and especially to our place and we feel very glad you enjoyed your time here.

We made a day of it. Booked a table for lunch and then took up residence on the beach. Pebbles but calm, quiet and utterly beautiful. Lunch was excellent taverna fare. The grilled squid was delicious. If I return to Zakynthos I would definitely go here again.

That is a great place to visit and enjoy the local cuisine of Zakinthos.We really enjoy sitting under the olive trees in the beautiful yard of the tavern in a very peaceful environment! The food was really amazing and reminds me my motherâs prepared food. The products were fresh and also local. Well done !
