Can you break into the world’s most heavily guarded vault?

Reviewed By magnolia04

Our family (with an 11 and 15 year old) has become obsessed with escape rooms. We love puzzles and being challenged and pride ourselves on having escaped all but one room (one of our first) and we’ve done almost 15 including Florida, Michigan, UK, and now Amsterdam. The two rooms here, The Architect and The Vault, are by far the best rooms we’ve ever done! After escaping The Architect (with barely over a minute to spare), we even changed our train departure to be able to do The Vault. It did not disappoint! Things we loved: Clear story even including some role playing by the hosts to really feel immersive. Huge rooms with a lot of atmosphere making it feel real and more exciting. The location is so cool and makes incredible use of the old building it’s in. Great puzzles with a wide range of types so you aren’t just unlocking 50 combination locks to escape. (We’ve done rooms like that and it gets very annoying and boring quickly). Puzzles that really force the team to work together even doing different things to ensure everyone is involved. Hosts that really make you feel a part of something special (the young gentleman who hosted us on July 19th at 10am for the Vault was absolutely FANTASTIC and we had a blast working with him. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could include it here.). Location is easy to get to in the center of Amsterdam. Cons: Only one: they only have two rooms. ???? I really can’t say enough good things about this place. If you like puzzles, like to be challenged, and want a great time then come here!

SaveAmsterdam

We have three different escape rooms of different themes: Zombie Apocalypse, Water Flood and Black Hole. It is possible to play in teams from 2 to 26 people at one go. Teams who already played may watch the game of their mates. Save Amsterdam is one of the most technically advanced rooms. We have lots of embedded electronics, which makes the room interactive even where you cannot predict that. Zombie Apocalypse Room It all becomes serious when the virus gets out of the laboratory, infects the population and starts transforming people into zombies. You cannot hide in your sweet home on a cosy sofa with a cup of your favourite drink, watching the next episode of a tv series. Try to gather all your strength together to save the city. Bu don't think it is going to be an easy task. You'll have only one hour before the lab blows up. Water Flood Room Amsterdam was always under the thread of massive water willing to cover the whole country. Today the catastrophy is even closer, as the water pump guy suddenly disappeared, and there is nobody in the whole world who knows how to activate the pump. This is your chance to get into the water station and prevent the great flood in the city. Only 60 minutes are at your disposal, and you must use them wisely! Black Hole Room Science never stops trying to manipulate and dominate nature. One man took it too far and created a Black hole too forceful to control, unleashing immense danger upon us all. Being sucked into his own creation it's now up to you to save Amsterdam in its final hour. Are you up to the challenge.
