Visited with wife and the kids for a quick dinner. Has plenty of Seating inside and out. Sat outside undercover and had an enjoyable meal. Absolutely love the low carb gluten free buns and wife and i both commented we would buy these buns if they sold them as a standalone product. The fact these guys do Gluten free burgers and schnitzels is fantastic- well done for catering for those who have dietary requirements.

We had lunch on a Saturday before a movie Not many people, almost empty so I thought the food would be bad, but it exceeded expectations. Char kuay teow was good. Service is ok, but you don't expect excellence in a hawker food restaurant. Relatively cheap, would go back.

I had to set up an urgent business meeting and and Caroline (Owner) and her staff were absolutely terrific. Good old fashioned service is hard to come by these days, however, the staff at KB made me and my clients feel right at home. The food we had was first class and the coffee was made to perfection by a very friendly barista. We will definitely be back again.

Rather than drive to Victoria street my friend tammy recommended thai tables and wow what a treat.
The staff are lovely, prices are just right but the quality of the food was outstanding and deliciously delicious.
It looked incredibly fresh and wholesome and im really looking forward to going back.
I will highly recommend and i will definitely be back.

Barclays Cafe has a wide range to please many tastes. We have a reputation that has followed us for 13 years.<br>Jasper Fairtrade coffee is magic.....And our loose leaf tea perfect.<br>We have High Tea the first Tuesday of every month, and once a month we are open for Dinner with a theme night. For both these events you need to book early, as the seats are limited.<br>The courtyard is an all weather destination point, and many customers specifically ask for the courtyard to be near the gums and natural habitat.

Breakfast here on a hot hot day in Melbourne - not a lot of folks when first arrived but more arrived. Was a pleasant except the wait folk had little to do till more people arrived so that had every 2nd person coming up to clear soon as finished coffee, water plate all whipped away...then standing waiting. Food on offer was short menu of breakfast options nothing outstanding, but was cooked pronto and tasty.

Our family recently dined at The Black Toro, and thoroughly enjoyed the creative and utterly delicious tapas we ordered. We voted the croquettes, corn and empanadas 5 stars and really liked the bbq chicken and fried chicken too. Pizzini muscato served by the glass and efficient and friendly service by all the staff who served us really helped to round off an excellent meal. We found the restaurant to be pretty pricey - too expensive to become a regular...but we will definitely return when we have an occasion to celebrate and don't mind spending just that bit more than usual.

We had the chicken chickpea masala, palak Paneer and Raita. Ordered saffron basmarti rice. The portions were just right and the taste authentic! Service was great and being able to watch how the roti were freshly made somehow made the meal taste even better! They also do a take away. Be warned...when they indicate its spicy it is!! Will be back!

The food is always pretty good but I find the service hit and miss. We did not have a great deal of time as we had to pick up our son but we weren't worried as we were able to order fairly promptly. My husband wanted to have a cocktail but was informed by the waitress that it might take a long time so he settled for a mixed drink and was appreciative of the warning. His meal arrived and then our drinks. He ordered a chicken dish but had to check with the waitress as it looked like pork. Off it went, back into the kitchen and then returned to him to be it was indeed chicken (even the waitress thought it was pork). He was half way through his meal when my pad thai arrived. We only ordered two mains and a fried rice.....it would have been nice for them to be delivered at the same time. Might try out another restaurant before rushing back here.

We had dinner here recently with a group of friends and were very happy with the whole experience. We ordered a large roast lamb Pizza and a greek salad to share. We ended up bringing some of the pizza home. The pizza and the salad were delicious. I saw lots of different meals brought out and they all looked to be generous serves. No one in our large group had any complaints about the food or service. Well done!
