It’s in a quaint corner . Nicely done up restaurant comfortable and homely. Food was freshly made so it was very tasty. We celebrated a friend’s anniversary and it was great food at very reasonable price. The prawn fried rice with chicken xacutti was excellent.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Room g05 was situated on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Room was spacious with amazing air con, cleaned daily, mini bar and freshtowels daily. Pool area was peaceful in the mornings but could get busy later in the day. The boys would bring extra beds out if needed. The omelettes at breakfast are freshlycooked and delicious. At the restaurant the menu was varied. I would recommend you try the greeny prawns a favourite of ours. Thank you joecons for a fab holiday. We'll be back xx

If you are looking for a nice sea facing restaurant nothing beats johncy for sure. The servers are pretty cool too. The authentic goan food is a delight and the beer towers and cocktails are best during the hot sunny days. We ended up trying their yummy vindaloos and xacutis along with rice.

Seafood is good. moderate pricing. Tried twice; in evening. They have weekly off, check before arriving. You may miss it during the day, as it is located little inside from the road. During the night you can see a signboard with proper lights.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and it's very good value.<br>We ate their 3 times in our 6 day stay and the food never disappointed so I'd love to do a full review on what we ordered and what the costs were like.<br><br>You already have quite a few people talking about it on your forums but I think it's good enough to be listed on your main site. It only has a link to the sort of seafood it serves on it's website, however it has Indian, traditional Goan, Chinese, Italian and western fair. Fantastic dining experience. Fish straight from the morning's catch, cooked perfectly and fell of the bone. Side dishes prepared to order and you can see and taste the fresh spices which are used in the cooking. An explosion of flavours on your taste buds.
The owner looks like Captain Haddock from Tintin, but don't be put off. The restaurant is a new venture for him, but if the food is anything to go by, by what we experienced, this restaurant will be a great success.
The only negative point was the toilets which do need to be improved, if only cleaned and de-bugged......watch your bum!

Spent a few days at this shack with kids, right beside a life guard which gave some reassurances! Reasonable prices for food and drink and the quality was really good. Tasty sweet and sour with my daughter loved, nice chips! Crispy chicken lovely and omelette very nice, rotis lovely. You weren't hassled by anyone to have a drink whilst on sunbeds which was nice and the same if you sat inside, not hassled by staff to eat or drink. A shower in the toilets which were clean and was nice to wash off sand at the end of the say. The only downside was a few too many dogs around but they didn't bother anyone unless people were a bit daft and fed them.

Great restaurant, just outside the main village, only a few minutes walk away.
If we were not on the beach having our evening meal we were here. The food is fantastic. It may be slightly more spiced than some would like, but we really enjoy a little heat in our dishes. We tried several different meals and enjoyed each and every one. I also tried the chicken tikka masala as I was told it's nothing like what you would have in the uk. It was the best dish I had in Cavelossim, it kicked like a mule and was so flavoursome...really good. Try the cheese nan....omg!
Be mindful if you choose onion pakoras, there is probably enough to share between 4 and if you order rice, again, it could be shared between 4 people, you can ask for small portions which Is a good idea. Lastly, a special mention to all the staff. They are welcoming and professional. A special mention for Samim who couldn't have been more
attentive. He was an absolute pleasure.

Very good place for breakfast near to Benaulim beach. not to be missed. while on first day having thought to eat something while going to Benaulim beach but we enjoyed it so much that we visited our all 3 days while in Goa.spicy cheese omelette is not to be miss and the lady who was serving us and also at counter was always smiling n cheerful..
