宇和島の老舗で大変人気があるお店です。中心商店街の外れた所にあるにもかかわらず、昼食時は列を作って待つ覚悟をしないといけません。ほとんどのお客さんは他のメニューに目もくれず「ちゃんぽん」です。麺の量で価格が異なります（1玉820円、1.5玉920円、２玉1020円）。きれいな色の透明感のあるスープです。九州の豚骨スープとはイメージが異なります。野菜（モヤシが中心、筍、玉ねぎ、人参なども入っています）の甘さが移り、スープは甘めです。あっさりした味わいでもあります。

It's a place where you should visit with someone speaking Japanese. I went there to try local delicacies but unfortunately I forgot to take the book with me and didn't remember the names of the dishes. mea culpa. So instead of trying taimeshi made of sea bream we ended up with quite average sashimi and tofu dishes.

The atmosphere was great, and the staff were really welcoming. Really New there food, helped us choose the most wonderful fresh fish and seafood. The squid melted in our mouth. The fried fish was cooked to perfection. All the tastes were exquisite. Our number 1 in Uwajima.

地物が食べたくてよりました。休日のため予約客が多く入っていたため板さんが一人で大忙しでした。ですがカウンターで食したため優先してもらえました。そんなに高いメニューもなくお勧めです。

Found this restaurant with the help to travel guide from Train Station.
About 10 min walk from the JR station, on the way to Uwajima Castle.
Tried the set lunch as shown in the pictures.
Nicely decorated restaurant, nice food presentation.
Value to money.
Don't miss it if you ever visit Uwajima

「元気もん」という豆菓子や、米粉使用したピザやパンなど手作りのものがとても美味しい！
いまどきめったにない、美味しい手作りご飯が食べれるお店。
元気もんは最近、東京や北海道でも手に入るらしく、うれしい限りです(*＾-＾)ﾆｺ

We ate various meat and vegetable dishes and it was delicious. Also we took soup with mix of sea food and bacon, little spicy but also very tasty. If you find yourself in Uwajima, this is a place to go for eat!
