This branch is in Yamanashi. The main food is Houtou. Houtou is the most famous food in Yamanashi. So, I 'll introduce this.
Kosaku is in Ryuo. My first impression was warm. There were tatami and fireplace. Those make flavor. And there are family, old couple, young couple and only one person. Also, the service is very good. Sometimes the orner's wife gave us dish which we don't order. Houtou is very good taste. Especially, Ebitendon is the best dish for me. The cost is suitable, and the food is enough for many people. These are reasons why the branch is very popular. I want to go there again and again.

Had kinoko houtou. Served in a large steel bowl with large servings of noodles (oh how thick and hearty they are!) and 6 or 7 vegetables.
Very good flavor. Stable quality and service as I visited this reataurant 4 times so far in the span of 4 years.
Good location in Kofu train station area.
The only wish to this reataurant is the pricing and the serving size. If they could provide smaller servings at lower price, that could attract more wide range of customers, as their bowls are all large and relatively expensive for noodles.

試食のゆでたトウモロコシが私たちを迎えてくれました。甘くて美味しいトウモロコシでした。お土産に買おうと思いましたがトウモロコシは売り切れでした。買いたい野菜はほとんど売り切れ状態。売り切れるくらい売れるんですね。地元で作ったハム・ソーセージもあり、なかなかおいしかったです。

お寿司も美味しいのですが、サイドメニューもいろいろあるので気に入っています。
サイドメニューに、ラーメンやうどん、そばの汁ものや、サラダもあるので
飽きがこないし、安くて美味しいです。もちろん、お寿司の種類もいろいろあります。

One of the best cheese fondue in taste, descent quantity. Basirico spaghetti was awesome. They made spicy for us , bit different from original. Service was prompt, ambience very friendly.

ショッピングモールの中のお店なので開店が１０：００。１１時には混み始めます。店内にイートイン席が多くあるので比較的座って食べることが出来ますし、お一人様で利用されている方も多いです。野菜たっぷりに取れるので、良く利用します。何をどう注文して良いか判らない時は「お任せで」というとベストチョイスして貰えます。嫌いな物は抜いて貰えますので安心です。

前菜も、パスタも、メインも、デザートも、全てにおいて満足できるお料理を、提供して下さいます。
内装も、イタリア各地のプレートをディスプレイしてあり、雰囲気も楽しめます。
いつも予約が取れないのが、悔しい❗
