We had a rather long drive from Krakow to Budapest & Koliba Likava turned out to be just the break we needed. Very inviting setting with traditional wood furniture, surrounded by greenery (there's also a little play area outside for children). Service is prompt & friendly & very efficient! The pirogi was excellent, served a little differently from the way its served in Poland; we also tried the pork schnitzel which was tasty.
Good food in a relaxed atmosphere; good selection of teas too!

At least 10 years not improvement . They serve typical Slovak meals with improper ingredients, sheep cheese is very mixed with cow cheese, using meat beacon on scheep cheese dumpling (it changes very the original taste of standard) unacceptable !!! They use many year same lies, that tomorrow the service to use credit card payment will be ok. Crazy funny. No recommend this restaurant

The staff was not very helpful nor kind. However, the food was even worse. I ordered my favourite pizza in every other restaurant - Vegetariana. I was amazed (in negative sense) what they brought on the table. Frozen vegetable on dough covered with ketchup and all that was covered with eidam cheese. It was literally disgusting so I returned the food. I did not expect an apology but the waitress was not even professional enough to say goodbye on the way from this awful restaurant.

This restaurant is in very nice surrounding.You can stroll around restaurant and see animals like rabbit,pig,goat,cows and in smal pond trouts even little playground is there
kids shouldn't be bored.Restaurant is typical shepard's hut style.It's look very nice inside and outside.Service was polite and pretty quick.Meal was neither bad nor good.For three meals and three drinks 19 euros not so bad.

we got good help in english. the place is very pleasnt, the pizzas are very good (you can order set pizzas or make your own combinations) and the tiramisu is superbThanks so much.

This is a perfect starting point for a hike to the Choc mountain. A basic but nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, with a good traditional Slowak kitchen. Moreover, the history of this place makes staying here to an exciting experience.

We went here for lunch. Tomato and chicken soups where great. Huge varaiety of pizzas. Staff is very friendly and speaks good English. Highly recommended for all the family!!!

Having been in Slovakia, and Czech Republics for a couple of weeks, I fancied something different, so headed here, it was a midweek evening, but the restaurant was quite busy. I couldn't decide which dish to have, so actually went for Steak with spiced grilled vegetables.
Wow, what a steak, over 1" thick, cooked exactly how I asked and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I wish I was in town long enough to go back and actually try their proper Mexican, next time, many thanks!!

Stopped at this restaurant to get some dinner on our way to High Tatras. Restaurant is themed as traditional Slovak koliba and is quite nice furnished. Food offering is also typical - you can get Slovak specialties like "bryndzove halusky" etc.
What I found quite strange was that they offered pizza too :-)

I visited this place with my friend. Exterior is pretty nice, interior a bit weird what reflect in the overall atmosphere. Waiter was kind and nice, we did not wait much for the food but maybe it's because there was noone else except of us. Food was not good, honesty, if I had visitors from abroad and invited them here I would feel ashamed. There was also hair in my halušky. Not possible to Pay by card, only cash. Next time I will better choose some other place to ENJOY lunch as here I did not find it very enjoyable.
