We went here for dinner after the resort staff recommended to us after asking about nearby seafood restaurant in town. The restaurant is located next to a relatively new sidewalk along the beach. There are a few stores nearby but this seems to be the only restaurant on that particular section of the strip. The food was decent and relatively cheap. We spent about 809 baht for two ordering about 6 dishes plus beers. We actually couldn't finish all of it. The seafood was fresh. The restaurant also seemed to be quite popular amongst local as the place became relatively packed around 6:30PM in the evening.
I would recommend coming here either for lunch or early dinner so you can still stroll around the beach and the sidewalk before or after.

Great Coffee, Tea and Cake selection + free internet. The staff are very friendly, the environment is laid back, Jazz or Reggae on the speakers. The views are spectacular and a cooling ocean breeze keeps things nice and comfortable. My goto place to chill in Pak Nam.

We are really pizza lovers and had really great pizzas in different restaurants all over the world! And the pizza in this restaurant was really great! Completely unexpected to find a real italian restaurant in Thailand after one month of traveling! We love the thai kitchen, but the kids love to eat western food sometimes! They were in heaven at "Ciao Pizza"!!!

We visited the restaurant for a quick bite and some drinks.
We'd already had lunch but just wanted to sit and chill at the restaurant.
The French fries were soggy with oil, brownies seemed stale and the drinks overpriced. We also bought some cookies from the bakery. Not very nice - average.
Service was fine at the restaurant but when we went to pay downstairs and asked for the spa services, the receptionist was quite condescending and did not want to talk much.
We got the feeling it was because we were not white!!! I asked for the copy of the check as it was not a Micros check. They were totalling the items manually and I just wanted to make sure it was correct. I got a huge dirty look!!! Not sure why??
One does come across this in a few places in Thailand. But it's fine as we've spent almost 5 years in Thailand and have had a lovely time!! Most people are awesome and this was a one off experience for us.
In any case we will not be back.

Truly local spot where the local people from Thap Sakae gather at night to eat excellent sea food. The restaurant is just next to the beach, with some tables inside, and the other tables actually on the beach. Laidback but lively enough for a pleasant evening.

Small and cozy with nice bright colours. Seating area inside and out. Good street views to watch the world go by ... Nice baguettes with bacon but preferred the American breakfast...tasty with very nice presentation. Good coffee to suit all tastes. Also have excellent bicycles for hire @ 50 baht per 24 hrs.

A little disappointed when ot comes to the pizza, which was square rather small with thick burnt crutches
Overprized and overrated,that's my opinion.

Well, what can we say? After the reports on TA we were looking forward to calling in here. It's an interesting place filled with lots of old artefacts.
The cappuccino was good, the Brownie OK - but the few plates of Thai food that we ordered were really poor. Bland, flavourless, and small portions.
I wouldn't recommend you take a trip especially to visit - but if you're in the area and just looking for a coffee - then you should call in. If you're looking for something more substantial - I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Set in the beautiful countryside of the Thai seaside town of Pak Nam Pran, this restaurant offers a great menu. Food is always freshly cooked by the resident owner/chef and is always of the highest standard.
While away the hours while sat beside the resort's swimming pool, or in one of the private salas, whilst looking over the pineapple fields and mango orchards.
Extremely relaxing.
