The Restaurant is next to the reception, and have an excelent Ala`carte menu and very nice prices. beer and vine. And a playground utside.Hoftun Kro Is a part of Gol Camping Center, which is right by Highway 7. We have separate children's menu. Openingours varies little according to the season. Holidays and high season is Hoftun Kro is open from 12:00 to 10:00 p.m. Low season has Hoftun Kro open from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. weekdays and Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Solstad offers great, homemade traditional food. The diner is connected to the Solstad Hotell, but is open for everybody. A popular dining both for locals and tourists!

On a very long drive we arrived in Gol and needed a hot meal. Sometimes you need to have a break away from the van!
Good selection of simple dishes to choose from and they arrive quickly and piping hot. Nothing fancy but good plain fair that is well prepared.
Salmon and chicken both come with good selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes.
Central location in town with plenty of free parking so it is easy to stop and have meal. For Norway the prices are almost reasonable.

Good home cooking made from the best ingredients. International dishes and children's menu. Catering. Party/meeting facilities for up to 80 persons. The nearby Qvisten outdoor bath is open in the summer season. Service centre, gas station and supermarket in the same building.

This is a relatively (for Norway) inexpensive cafe.
The food was decent and well cooked.
It was nothing special but it did what it fed us when there was pretty much nothing else open in Nesbyen other than a Chinese restaurant.
The wait staff were friendly and helpful.

Skistua is known for its good food and service. Catering and parties by request all year. Fully licensed. Elegant service building in the alpine centre with equipment hire, ski shop, café and restaurant. Lavvo tent with events for groups. Organized activities.

Når man først er i alpinbakken, hører det gjerne med et bedre måltid- og restaurantbesøk. Slitne, men glade tråkker vi inn og tar et hyggelig bord ved et vindu ut mot vinterlandskapet. God meny med mange forskjellige retter- og drikke. Uansett, det ble enkel- men nydelig fersk pizza og kald drikke. Hyggelig betjening, godt miljø- og atmosfære, som gjorde besøket ekstra hyggelig- og attraktivt, som gir lyst på DaCapo! Grei parkering. Anbefales! d:o)

This is a small cosy place with home made cooking and incredibly welcoming owners! Before or after your meal you may just put your skis on outside the door and enjoy the wonderful cross country skiing provided in this area. Several nice traditional mountain cottages in the close vicinity is also rented out by these owners. Lots of returning customers. Highly recommended!

Arriving here after a long trip, we were satisfied with the good food. The only regret is that it closes at 8:30 pm so we weren't able to dine on more occasions here

Rolig og avslappet sted nord for Nesbyen. Hyggelig atmosfære med utsikt sørover i dalen. Gammelt hotel med noe slitte lokaler uten at det gjør så mye. Billig både å bo og spise der. Rolige omgivelser med natur som nærmeste nabo.
Maten er veldig god, laget på Hallingdals vis. Absolutt å anbefale et besøk

Me and my friend were on the way from Bergen to Oslo.We decided to take our way from the road 52 and drive 1 km in to Nesby insted of find a resraurant by the road. We are so glad.På hjornet is a clean restaurant with a good service.But the biggest surprice is the menu. You fond pizzas and burgers but you also find sesarsalat clubsandwich some othet things and lambaskanke wich we
bought. And it was fantastic.Soft and tasty meat with a good potatos and vegtable and a good sous.And the plate looked great. It was deffinatly worth it to drive this one kilometer. Thanks a lot for a wonderful dinner.

I has low expectations of a Chinese restaurant in a somewhat isolated, small Norwegian village, but Fortuna has pretty tasty food. The cooking is typical Cantonese style, meaning soy sauce flavoring and little pizazz, but our dishes tasted good and were similar enough to American Chinese food that there was no culture shock.

This turned out to be a very good pizza place. There choices go beyond Italy to BBQ pizza and a beef pizza served with Bernaise sauce. My wife liked the Bernaise . I had normal ingredients like pepperoni. The pizzas were loaded with great cheese. Very pleasant and attentive service.
