Nice little Chinese restaurant in the centre of Kongsvinger, We visited on a luchtime with wor lasses Dad and was pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and the food was good. Excellent spice level to the szehuan dish and the portions were a good size. Very relaxed atmosphere and no hurry to your meal. Cost in Norway as ever seems high to us Brits, but for norwegian prices it was quite reasonable. God mat, god smak til en rimelig pris. (for Norge!)

Price/quality ratio is very high there. A lot of options what to eat and moreover very nice place to spend lovely evening just inside the city with picturesque view to the river and other side of city. :)

Nice restaurant with a wide choice of dishes from Turkey, Italy, Mexico, American Burgers, Steaks and Pizzas. Daily Lunch from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Daily lunch offer 99,- Good choice in soft drinks, beer, wine and we have a full licensed bar. We are located in front of the railway and bus station.

Delicious, flavorful and excellent variety of fajitas, kebaps, pizzas located in downtown Kongsvinger next to the shopping center. Very reasonable prices for the portions they serve.

Went there after Kongsvinger Football (soccer) won the 2 division series and gor promoted to the 1 division and I suspect the place was unusually packed which made for quite a bit of waiting at the table. However, the food was much better than anticipated the staff was very service minded. This made up for the wait and the total experience was great!

We are committed to have good homemade food and we adapt to seasonal ingredients and make everything from scratch, so guests will have an outstanding dinner. We wish that satisfy our guests' expectations with generous portions holding a high quality. We serve lunch Monday to Friday from 11:00 - 13:30. Our a la carte restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 21:30. During seasons like Christmas and summer there may be other opening hours. Do you desire dining outside these times; we are of course prepared to facilitate this.

Dette er en kjempetrivelig kaffebar kombinert med bruktbutikk, og drives av Frelsesarmeen. Om sommeren skulle dette også vise seg å være det eneste stedet som faktisk er åpent om formiddagen, så valget var enkelt -- men jeg ble ikke skuffet. Veldig hyggelig betjening som var på tilbudssiden. Kjempegode vafler -- nesten litt for store.

Chicken curry and Szechuan, both excellent dishes. Quickly delivered - great taste. Good service - although missed on one of the ingredients so make sure they understand your order completely.
