東武東上線川越駅から徒歩１５分です。西武新宿線本川越駅からは徒歩５分ですので、川越街散策では、都心新宿か池袋かにより両線が使えて便利です。この店のかき氷が有名ですね。つぶつぶ苺ミルクをいただきました。7月でしたので満足でした。コスパは平均的な金額590円で良い方です。席は22席ほどですが夏休み前でしたので座れました。禁煙ですのでありがたいです。田舎しるこ、焼餅、麺類もあります。
お休み処として利用できます。

Ex-baseball player, Mr. Jobe does very good job for cooking Shikoku-style Udon noodle. I'd recommend "double" because it's very reasonable price. If you go there for lunch in the weekend, please go early.

和牛専門店で夜は一人5,000円以上はすると思いますが、
ランチタイムなら1,200円で十分楽しめます。
テーブル席以外にも掘りごたつ式の個室もありますので
小さなお子さん連れでも気兼ねなく食べれます。
お肉の大盛もできますし（当然追加料金もあります）、
ご飯は無料で大盛可能です。
スープも追加料金で違うスープにすることも可能
です。

We beat the crowd by arriving at 11:30am for lunch and were shown almost immediately to a table. There is an English menu. We elected to share a two eel box and ordered an extra miso soup. The Unagi on rice was the best we have ever had - very tender and with a smoky flavour. We probably should have ordered one box each but one was enough for lunch. The bill came to 4,125 yen.

Had lunch at 1pm on Friday. Had to wait a bit. Lots of tourists and some Japanese. Was recommended by tourist info office at Kawagoe Station.
3400Y for large unajyu. Taste was OK but I preferred the crispy eel I had in Kyoto. Eel intestines in soup was chewy and interesting. Pickles were too salty.
Cash only. Surprising considering the high prices. Save your money and eat elsewhere

bagels are becoming more and more popular in Japan.
For the first time I visited Vanitoy Bagel, it was in February before Valentine's day. They had this rich chocolate bagel. so good with coffee.
they also have original bagels such as potato and chedder cheese bagel and edamade (green soy) and cheese.
you can either grab bagels for breakfast, or you can have a seat upstairs for meal or coffee (no elevator). If you are taking out bagels, there is sausage factory, Mio Casalo, prepared with local ingredients.

A wonderful little Japanese restaurant conveniently located just ticked down from the main Coedo street.
Such a lovely setting and beautiful little garden with a well kept traditional interior.
Food and service was impeccable and pretty good value considering
Might be tricky to walk in with a big party but couples should be ok without booking.

個室や宴会場、喫煙席もあり、メニューも定食やつまみ、お酒も飲み物も種類があります。
トイレもきれいでした。
駐車場は国道沿いと建物の裏と向かいのガススタの脇にもあり、バラバラで車で来ても困りません。
味も値段もいいとおもいます。うどんすきが好きですがボリュームがありとてもおいしいです。
この付近はファミレスか居酒屋しかなくこういう家族で集まれるようなお店が少ないので大変重宝しています。
