We visited this place multiple times during our short stay in Diu cos we just couldnt get enough of their food :D
The hosts are very welcoming and warm. We felt completely at home as they served us wholesome, scrumptious home cooked food. We went there for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! Its a small, quaint place that caters just a niche crowd.. thank God for that. The quality of food is better than most restaurants in Mumbai or Goa. The place opens at 8am and closes at 9pm sharp.. so please visit within the time limit.
The food here is impeccable and cooked to perfection. Heaven for seafood lovers!!

We visited this place couple of times while we were in Diu. They have great food, ambiance and service. The crowd is better than what you will find in local restaurants. They should probably keep more options for desserts :)

The food at OPUS was delicious. I love the absolutely fresh seafood. Stick to the Indian / Portuguese preparations and you will know what I mean. The Continental style dishes are ok, but nothing great.
Have the Mouthwatering Pomfret and other dishes like that and you will love the place.
The background music was perfectly picked out for a laidback atmosphere of this family run restaurant/
And yes! The host and the cook has an amazing personality! Every time we came he'd make me laugh so hard with his positive attitude towards his work and customers!
I'd love to come back to OPUS again!

Search every were for good food but in the end we found that place called Khajura Restaurant & Bar. They have mouthwatering dishes , seafood , chicken, Punjabi, The quantity of food was beyond our imagination. The size of naan was like eating big pizza. Overall the food was great and this place is very peaceful and relaxing.

We had two meals – food quality and service was good, but think it was very expensive considering the place. We also ate at different places of different calibre, but found that this was certainly signficinantly more expensive – would suggest to try out other places in the vicinity. The highltigh of the restaurant was the MEXICAN FRIED ICE CREAM MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONCE IN YOUR LIFE! The kids loved that ice cream
The only reason for not giving it excellent is that its expensive for the Diu standards

SHRI RAM VIJAY SODA FACTORY was established in 1933. By Shri Mathurbhai Devjibhai Arya who was born back in 1881 in village of Fudam, Diu. During that era the Diu Island was governed by the Portuguese government who came in 15th centaury 1513 A.D - 1961 A.D (448 years) ruled over Union Territories of Goa, Daman and Diu. The Portuguese were very kind and humble to people of Diu. These bonding are seen till today's date. Shri Mathurbhai Arya has started a shop with a Portuguese named "Casa De Refrescos, Ramvijay"at Bunder Chowk Diu, Portuguese. India. Shri Mathurbhai Arya had a small ntrepreneur vision in Soda, Cream Soda, Lemon, & Syrups making. As the business flourished Shri Mathurbhai Arya got ideas for better Quality & Purity. The moral were as high as their vision was concerned. These principles were continued by his son Shri Premjibhai Mathurbhai who involved in this business. Shri Premjibhai Mathurbhai Arya has added making of Ice-Cream and Milk Cold drinks in varieties to the business. The people were much happier with their all products. Shri Premjibhai Arya set up a Soda bottling plant at Fofrala- Fudam, Diu in 1990. In recent time, the business is owned by Shri Mathurbhai's Grandsons. Ram Vijay Refreshment is very famous for its 'Cream Soda' a unique taste of Ice-cream Flavor and its Home-made Ice Creams. Today people call Ram Vijay Refreshment as a 'Taste of Diu. Today, Indo- Western Tourists visits Ram Vijay to take the delicious taste of their Ice Creams, Sandwich, Pizza, & Italian Coffee. The Significance of Ram Vijay is their passion for Quality & Purity making products & costumer satisfaction.

Visited this place while in Diu for dinner. The Kostamar resort is relatively new around 3 yrs old and has this rooftop restaurant which caught our attention. So we tried it out. Here goes the experience - It's December and the bartender was not available to serve Cocktails / Mocktails - How does this place intend to survive ???!! We asked for a couple of Chinese dishes - Not available - so we were suggested to try an off-menu item called Garlic cheese rolls (driest starters ever - no flavour). The tandoori aloo we ordered saved us as it was prepared well & everyone enjoyed it. Then came the Veg Sizzles - The sauce tasted so weird & I am pretty certain the rice was uncooked - left whatever was on my plate. One of the worst meals in Diu. Not sure if this place will be around for long at this rate. Billed up Rs 950 incl taxes.
