We went here and spent 1 night. Hotel were clean and tidy, have complete set of kitchen tools, ironing, matrass (if you love to sleep in the floor).
The hotel only provide small towel, tissue, bath soap and shampoo. As usual no big towel and toothbrush.
They provide breakfast a bit late though...its around 7:30am. Breakfast were quite simple with a less option. They provide only pork bacon, potatoes, boiled egg, bread and orange juice.

온달정식 만오천원치고는 아주 잘 나오는 것 같고요... 반찬 갯수는 아주 많은데.. 잘 세어보면 많은수가 마늘을 소스에 버무린 것들이에요. 나물은 한두가지 정도 나오고요. 그래도 육회나 수육까지 잘 나오는 편이에요. 대신 대기시간이 길더군요. 식사시간 지나서 갔어도 40분 기다려 먹었어요. 기다릴 각오하고 마음편히 가셔요...

Danyang, South Korea; is a popular healing destination famous for its serene mountain and lakes. 딱히 나쁘지도 좋지도 않은 보통 맛. 고속도로 휴게소 음식보다 약간 나은 수준.
자리가 넓고 깔끔한데다 창가자리 전망이 좋은 것이 장점.
유람선 타기 전후에 식사를 해야하고 딱히 정해진 식당이 없다면 큰 기대하지않고 가기에 적당한 곳.

I have three children. That means it's possible be denied to visit restaurent in Korea. I have just one time experience but never forget. But the people I met here were very kind and could eat delicious food. I ate MOOKBAB and OSAMBULKOKI. MOOKBAB was not strong but healthy taste. OSAMBULKOKI was little hot but delicious spicy. If you want to eat healthy food with the person who want to eat strong taste, this restaurent should be good choice.

Locating in Danyang Gugyeong Market, this is very well-known black garlic chicken house for tourists.
The price was high. Close to 20,000 won which is the price of a famous franchise chicken advertised on TV. And more importantly, it wasn't that great. Tasted like most other seasoned fried chickens of Korea. I couldn't feel black garlics much from it.
The portion was a lot, though. Big enough for two people.

This is a popular mandu(Korean dumpling) house in Danyang Gugyeong Market.
Affordable and tasty. But, it has just a few tables and to-go is recommended.
There are just three mandu menus and that's it. When I visited Kimchi maneul(garlic) mandu was sold out and early visit might be necessary to try.
The manager was kind and this place doesn't require an extreme service.

다른곳과 달리 살이 엄청나고 개운하고 맛또한 일품
이전에 자주 먹는 음식은 올갱이 - 무난하고 가격도 부담없으며 맛또한 일품

This is very popular sundae house in town locating in Gugyeong Market (a.k.a. Traditional Market of Danyang).
Affordable and fine. I recommend this place once you're in Danyang.
- Very popular to locals and tourists. They may have to wait 10~30 min to enter during the busiest time.
- Maneul Sundae Gukbap (Garlic Sundae Soup with Rice) is the cheapest menu with 7,000 won. It was one of the best sundae soups I've had. No smell and very tender.
- For those who feel unpleasant with sundae (especially foreign tourists), there's Doejigukbap(Pork Soup) for 7,000 won and it seemed wonderful as well. I saw some foreign couple visited them twice and had them twice.
- For group customers, there are more menus with sundae. I heard them satisfied, too.
- Ajumma was kind and friendly. It won't bring any problem even if they only speak and understand Korean language.
