Had heard great things so l thought l would try it, the atmosphere is great, white linens etc, low lighting with lit candles, great place to take a date. Service was as good as it gets. I wish l could remember my servers name but its been awhile. Had l of been seated somewhere other than a table that led into the kitchen area l would have given 5 stars.

Was not sure about going there because it was at the peak dinner rush but pleasantly surprised by being seated right away. Our waitress was also on top of things and got bread and drinks right away. Our food also was delivered quickly and everything was perfect. I ordered the Cajun shrimp special and my wife got the crab cakes.

Found this on TA, so glad I went. Not a large place so I imagine you may have to wait at times. I had Greek sampler and for TN, pretty good. Only complaint were the grilled pita shells which made them crunchy. Great prices and large portions. So glad I stopped. Not far off Interstate, maybe 2 miles. And yes, they have large pieces of cake. A worthwhile stop.

We got the mini calzones and they were plenty big enough for an individual serving. They have a sample size of what the regular and mini calzones look like on the wall, but the real thing is bigger than the examples. The marinara sauce was some of the best that I have ever tasted. The prices were reasonable. Definitely worth trying if you are looking for pizza in Cleveland, TN. Try something different than Pizza Hut, Papa John's or Domino's while you are here and try Lupi's, you won't be disappointed.

Award winning barbecue!! Pork and Brisket slow smoked to perfection. Smoked half chicken and chicken wings are unrivaled. Unique offerings such as the Texas Poncho or the Redneck Rueben (to name just two) will keep you coming back to try them all. Top it all off with a Homemade Fried Pie that will not disappoint.

We eat here on an infrequent basis, it really is our favorite BBQ restaurant in Cleveland. However, don’t get the loaded potatoes, ever. Oh, they’re tasty alright, it’s just that the potatoes are always way over cooked and the inside, which is supposed to be light and fluffy, is dark and hard as a brick. We like coming here, but just wish they would stop over cooking the potatoes.

Bald Headed Bistro

Reviewed By TNGranny - Chattanooga, TN

Our family has always gone to Bald-Headed Bistro for Christmas Eve dinner, as well as on many other occasions. We're all "foodies", and 3 of us are vegetarians, as well as being health-conscious. Last night we found they've changed their menu to the point where only one of the 5 of us easily found something to eat (Elk!). One ordered a Caprese Salad and a shaved Brussels Sprout salad, which she asked the chef NOT to fry...One had a Caesar Salad and a bowl of Chowder...And 2 vegetarians had the only non-meat entree - Salmon - which was so slathered with butter and Parmesan, I'm still dealing with it a day later. And the Blackberry Chocolate Chip ice cream was freezer-burned and grainy! We didn't finish it. (When it was served, we were told, "This is the least healthy thing on our menu, but it's worth it!") Ice cream! Who leaves ice cream?! We were disappointed to the point where we will most likely not return. BHB has always been a favorite restaurant, and we're sorry that the chefs haven't been able to create great food in a healthier way. It is possible - fine restaurants are beginning to realize this.

So my wife and I have been living in the area for about a year and a half now. I saw that this place had gumbo and I was instantly curious as to it's authenticity. We finally tried the restaurant tonight. We were so glad we did. I got the gumbo and my wife got the crab cakes. For the entree she got the jambalaya pasta and I got the sunfish. It was all very good, but the star of the show was the gumbo. Holy cow it was just like I was in Nola. Go check it out for yourself. The service was really good too. Erik took real good care of us.

Another great visit to Longhorn. Arrived bed on a Friday at 445pm. Seated at bar area table by choice. From start to finish, bartender/waitress didn’t miss a beat. Kept glasses full, each step of the meal arrived prompt and hot, all of us had a great time. The bartender rocked! Funny, professional, and on the ball. Place is clean and well run, on Friday and Saturday at dinner you can expect a wait after 5pm, because it’s so popular in this area. Recommend any steak “I didn’t claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat grass”. Another great job Longhorn.

Cracker Barrel

We went to the restaurant for a good meal. It was 7:15pm. I knew it would be crowded. The server was in a very hurry. "What do you want to drink and are you ready to order". We had just sat down. She came back 2 more times. She was in a hurry. Understanding the time we didn't say anything. It took what I think was a long time to get dinner. When it arrived she again was in a hurry and the restaurant wasn't. Much of the food was room temperature. Too cool. The server when she brought the food sat it this way. Sat down one end of the plate and dropped the other end. She reached over in front of me to serve my wife instead of going person to person. A very disappointing meal. I still say anything because I was with my family. After dinner I talked to the manager about just what I just wrote. He was very apologetic for her actions. It wasn't him. It was her. He can't be everywhere all the time. Maybe more professional persons should be interviewed. I think this is just the way she works.

Old Fort Restaurant

We came here after discovering the local Denny's is closed for renovations and didn't bother telling anyone either.
So, I pulled up TripAdvisor and this place came up. It was close to all the hotels and motels and not hard to find. Parking is ample and they definitely had a full lot; always a good sign.
This is one of your cozy Ma and Pop places, where everyone seems to know each other and conversation is easy. You'll feel welcomed and right at home. The hostess was a little rushed, but I think it's because they were busy.
The coffee was tasty and fresh, not one hint of being burnt or sitting too long. Much appreciated after four long days of bitter hotel brew. The sweet tea, I stole some of my sons, was excellent.
I had the Rueben and chose the fries as my side. My husband had the same sandwich, but chose onion rings. The meat and sauerkraut are perfectly balanced on this sandwich, neither being overbearing to the other. Both came out piping hot and were so tasty.
The fries were just that, nothing extraordinary - but good, hot and fresh. My husband's onion rings were a great size and delicious.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place. The price is great and you definitely get what you pay for. You will not leave hungry at all.
