Ok, right off the bat. This place doesn't take reservations so be prepared to wait.We waited about 25 minutes. Not bad compared to some of the folks who came in later who waited nearly 45 minutes. They do take your phone number and text you so you could do some browsing and shopping at nearby stores if you'd like.

We were seated inside in a very comfortable booth. You know when you go to most restaurants the booths sink incredibly. Not ours.

Our waiter, Nate, came and took our drink order and our meal order at the same time since we had perused the menu while waiting to be seated. The chai was great, hot and spicy.

We decided to get one salty and one sugary entree. So we went with the Breakfast Pot Pie and the Blueberry Danish Pancakes with a side of bacon. Mmmm bacon. I have to say the pot pie wasn't much to look at but it was wonderful as were the hash browns. The blueberry pancakes were out of this world. Nate was great in checking up on us but not being the nosy waiter you so often run into.

I was really impressed with this place. After looking at many of the reviews, I had a few doubts, but not anymore. We will definitely be going back.

There were four of us, so we had a chance to try a lot of different things on the menu, and that was a major plus, since everything that we tried was excellent. We split gnocchi with waygu and octopus appetizers, and then had shrimp risotto, king crab, braised beef ribs, and duck for the main course (NOTE: none of these are on the menu that the restaurant shows on its website, so they must change the menu often). We also shared two large desserts. The service was what you'd expect from a top-rated restaurant, and the prices were quite reasonable for both the quality and the quantity. Definitely worth a return visit, probably with a different menu next time!

Avery Brewing Company

Since 1993 our brewery has been committed to producing eccentric ales and lagers that defy styles or categories. We have 30 Avery beers on draft and a craft dining menu with a Southern flair.

I made a detour from my trip to Denver airport to stop here. The place is in an industrial office area which is a bit odd but seems somewhat typical for breweries across the country. Stopped here on a sunny 70 degree Friday. My group of three got there around 11:30. I suggest getting there before noon. Plenty of seating at 11;30 but quickly filled up by 12;30
great outdoor seating around tables if the weather is nice. Giant open doors that open the inside to the outside world. About 30 to 40 beers on tap. many I have never seen.
you can make your own flight of any beer and up to any number of beers. We had the Friday fish and chip special. fish was lightly battered and delicious.Servers were attentive and quick to help or answer any questions. I can't say enough about our experience. Excellent, food, ambiance, staff, beer !!!!! prices for food are a bit higher than a typical restaurant. but worth every penny
If I lived in the area..you would likely find me here every week.
Make a detour and go here. well worth it.
Fantastic!

Rincon Argentino

At Rincon Argentino you will find a flavorful variety of empanadas, sandwiches with chimichurri sauce, desserts and more. Enjoy a Malbec, draft beer or mate in an intimate and authentic environment where the social aspect is just as rich as the food.

Reviewed By SkykomishBob - Olympia, Washington

I recall food in the Argentine as being conservatively spiced pretty much everywhere, that being said the spicy beef & spicy chicken empanadas at Rincon need to be respected. They were good, and the name does not lie. Other than being dominated by heat, the flavors were good. The spinach empanada had the taste and texture of Greek spanakopita.

My dining partner's (steak, I think) sandwich, on the other hand, was declared to be great, and the portion was huge.

It was pleasant sitting outside in the warm spring Boulder evening.

Only slight downside was two groups of 6 and 7 people sitting on either side of us were fairly loud and made...MoreWe appreciate the time you took to write such an outstanding review - and are so glad you enjoyed our Brunch! I've lived in Boulder for years, but taking guests here, especially foreigners, always reminds me of the great friendly service and food. They love it. The craft beer selection in excellent and they let you sample different beers if you can't decide. Food is basic pub fare, but with a healthier twist and good selection. Grass fed beef, bison, fish, chicken, salads, veggies...something for everyone and a noisy atmosphere so kids are welcome.

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse is nestled against the Rocky Mountain Foothills in Boulder Colorado. Sitting alongside Boulder Creek in Central Park, the Teahouse is considered one of Boulder's most attractive and popular tourist attractions, as well as being a local favorite for great food, tea, and atmosphere. Completely built by hand without the use of any power tools, the Teahouse was constructed in Dushanbe, Tajikistan as a gift to their sister city, Boulder. It was disassembled, crated up, and sent halfway around the world to be rebuilt in Boulder as a symbol of friendship and cultural exploration. The elaborate and creative teahouse now sits as a reminder to the citizens of Boulder to value cultural diversity, global cooperation, and international friendship.

The decor, the tea quality and selection, and the foods are the best. My wife had an Assam and I the Golden Chai, with turmeric. It put the turmeric chai at Whole Foods to shame. We ordered a Persian chickpea patty with sumptuous veggie meal, which came close to the ravines we had in Morocco. Our 2nd trip there we ordered a Tazhik Plov, a rice dish with excellent beef perfectly cooked. If we lived in Boulder, the wait staff would know us by name and preference.

After skiing all day we had no reservations for the evening. Walking the Pearl St. mall we stumbled into Riffs, and asked if they had any openings. To our surprise we were seated at a great table for two. The place is very well decorated with interesting art and wonderful lighting. Our server Jim was on the spot and extremely attentive and helpful. We has cocktails, mine was the Gin and Juicing, an elegant potion with outstanding flavor. My other drink was the Dazed and Confused another hit.
My wife ordered the Cedar Plank OG Salmon and I had the Porcini Grilled Ono. We also shared a Flash fried Brussel Sprout dish that was a real treat. Our food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. All the dishes that passed by us looked top notch. The next time back in Boulder we will return here..Bravo!!
