Reviewed By nptciloved the villa concept. the butler service . the little snacks and drinks in the rooms. the staff attitude. food could have been better. the hotel is amazingly created and unique. i've travelled the world but this property has a great presence. it is situated on a very quiet part of town, so it is serene. overall, a great time had by all of us.

Greedy. Really poor food
Reviewed By nak_langI stayed here previously with my wife for a short stay and thought it was ok. Now after about 8 days in covid isolation my view is a lot different. I paid 31500 for 9 nights of isolation. This was shortened by 2 days for unknown reasons and with no refund. The grounds/garden is really nice and relaxing to be around. The pool was great. The food however was some of the worst I've experienced. Strange chicken hot dogs and ham were seemingly the only food they could think of to fill the box. No pork as it seems to be a muslim resort. For the price range of around 4500 a night the food should have been a much higher standard and not influenced by religion as I'm not religious. The staff were a mixed bag. Good that they were bringing me stuff i requested from outside. Bad that they would call at 6.30am for no reason then hang up 5 times when you call them back. The room really needed a good scrub as well and lizards removed. For what you pay you can get much much higher standards elsewhere.

I had a early morning flight and also arranged breakfast for us! very thoughtful!

Reviewed By Companion314571Fantastic grounds and really good pools. Nice spacious rooms. They are a little dated but very spacious with incredible views from many. I had one facing inland so could see nothing but greenery. It was stunning and relaxing. Good massage from both the ladies who do it !!! Good gym, bikes to cycle round on and 2 mins walk to the street food stalls. Lot's of fruit sellers and one lady doing a very good som tam. Main restaurant had too many mosquitoes in it. This could possibly fixed by keeping the doors closed?

Good Airport Access
Reviewed By VivaHawaiiThe main (only) purpose to stay at this property is the easy access to the airport. I had a very early flight so it worked out good for my needs. There is a (not so clean) beach about a five minute walk away which is good to kill some time in the early evening - watch the sunset! They offer a free shuttle to the airport at what ever time you select which was a plus!

The whole process of booking and airport pickup during these testi g COVID times was managed superbly by the hotel's staff. Polite to a fault, prompt in their responses and excellent service are some of the things that impressed me a lot. This is a solid "middle -of-the road" hotel. The rooms and the general amenities are in keeping with the prices. The proximity to the airport is a huge plus.

Reviewed By Helen MWe have stayed here many times during our frequent holidays to Phuket. We travel around and always try to grab a few nights or a week here. Being only a small resort it has suffered hugely through the pandemic but we are so happy it survived. As always we booked a pool access villa including breakfast direct with the hotel who gave us excellent rates beating the prices we could find anywhere else. They arranged free airport pick up for the short trip to the hotel. The hotel is being spruced up and the gardeners were always working hard. The villas are lovely, yes they need a little TLC getting the wood stained again etc but this is all very minor cosmetic stuff. Our villa was spotlessly clean and as the air con was not working too well on arrival, they came within a few hours and installed a brand new system. The pool is lovely and so nice to step straight out of the villa into the pool. Swim up to the bar for fabulous cocktails made by the lovely barman. Breakfast was very good and staff always happy to cater for all options with omelettes, all variety of eggs and fresh cooked bacon. We went as a group this time and had 4 villas in total. We all had a fabulous stay and will return again. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive to the airport although there is no noise at the hotel. Yes there is a small raft to cross a little river but then you are straight onto a quiet and beautiful beach. If you want to stay out late, take a phone and call reception who will send someone to the raft if it is past 9pm. The staff were as always polite, friendly and helpful and it is so good to see the hotel has survived the pandemic and that the same staff are still working there. Thank you for yet another wonderful stay!!

Fabulous stay and can’t wait to return
Reviewed By OfftheirPIt is true that this result could do with some maintenance but these have been exceptional times and it is completely understandable that not everything is tiptop. Having said that, it is one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in a long, long time and offers exceptional value for money. We initially checked in for one night but actually ended up staying a week as we enjoyed our time there so much. The villas are considerately laid out and give you a feeling of real privacy and almost being in your own little home. We spent ages on our terrace in the morning in the evening enjoying the great Wi-Fi and the sounds of wildlife around us. Absolutely everything you need is provided in the Villa and it has the feel of a five star resort as a result of this. The air conditioning was just about the best we had in Thailand and this is really important in these temperatures. The bed was exceptionally comfy, safe provided free of charge along with umbrellas, robes and so on. The bathroom was big and roomy with a huge rain shower which was brilliant. The staff simply cannot do enough for you and were exceptionally helpful. This resort has a family feel to it and you can tell they all want you to have a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located being literally one minute from the beach and a leisurely five minute stroll into the lovely centre of bars and restaurants. They have their own great boss bar as well with an excellent barman if you don’t want to go too far or if it is pouring with rain like one night when we were there! The pool area could do with a bit of attention but often we had it entirely to our self and it was comfortable with both sun and shade freely available. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect place to stay close to the airport
Reviewed By Trixy AThis is a great place to stay if you want somewhere near the Phuket Airport and on the beach, literally, on the beach. We had the front room so we could see the beach, which was nice. The room isn't large but it had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. Literally under 10 mins taxi ride from the airport. Prasit was great, very accommodating when our plans kept changing due to Covid-19, cancelled flights etc. He even let us book a half day as we had a late flight. It was great to be able to spend the day swimming and be able to shower and change before heading to our flight. I would suggest you contact them direct by email or messenger to get a good price and let them save some money paid to the big online booking sites. We will definitely stay here again if we're flying out of Phuket.

Reviewed By Vaclav KIt is very close to the airport and to the Nai Yang beach. They offer free airport shuttle (just notify the hotel at what time you plan to arrive) and also a free shuttle to the beach (at certain hours only). The exteriors are very nice, very cosy, traditional design. There is a swimming pool with pool bar. Unfortunately, they close the pool at 8.30 pm. The rooms and the interiors in general need some refurbishment / redesign. There is generally a lack of things to put stuff on or to sit on. The rooms are not very soundproof and the aircon was very noisy. The bed was big though and equipped with a very good mattress. Breakfast was rather simple but tasty. Wonderful staff (but that seems to be a rule rather than an exception in Thailand). The hotel was almost empty (probably due to the corona virus panic) so that added an extra serenity element into the stay.
