Guest shows google pics and they like outer of hotel as well review that valley view rooms ,,,,but when they check in on 3rd June total disaster... they have extended property which is 100 mts from main building...has no view ,,,, room has balcony but in front of balcony there is tin sheds of other rooms... there is no view... Rooms are also very compact.....too much small for even couple and 1 child... it;s suffocating there.... even surprise we have booked 1 and half month ago with advance payment .... Be aware whenever book hotel first confirm that they are provide you rooms in main building,,,, and kindly take it in written ....we had paid 8300 /- per room per night with breakfast and dinner in the name of luxury....

The stay was made even more special by the spectacular views of the city below and the great hospitality by the dining and host staff! Chef CS Parihar personally attended to our needs and made the experience even more homey by the exquisite food and the live stations serving a variety of food. The rotis and vegetables came hot from the kitchen every time and the dosa was particularly commendable during breakfast. Our every need including a special cake for the birthday celebration was made possible by the efforts of Mr. Vivek Dhoolia who’s mannerisms and personality made us feel very welcomed. Ramesh Jalal and the bar staff went out of their way to make special cocktails and drinks for us and the live music made every night memorable. The experience in its entirety was one for the books!

This is the perfect resort if you are looking for a peace /serenity with natural beauty of Himalayan mountains , trees and flowers . The resort is very well laid out in nature’s lap. Start your day with free yoga class and morning walk followed by delicious breakfast ! There are plenty of activities for kids, adults and seniors. Evening live music and mouth watering dinner served by polite and attentive staff will conclude your day with smile and happiness. Thank you all staff for making our stay memorable! This is very first time we visited here , services full of negligence , we were seated 15mins before.none of them came to take order neither entertain with the menu. Moreover the table full of filth. And the cash counter lady Sonia is quite rude. We doesn't expected this from a well knows resort. We understand the rush and we do understand the no. Of covers But not attending the customers and giving rplys like "sir aadha ghnata lagega order lene mai" Why we should wait for 1/2 hrs to give orders . And than how long it will take to prepare? And then what the purpose of giving cover parking charges? Absolutely pathetic. Standard of service 0/5

Toilet and bathrooms are good. Nice site seeing around hotel. Staff is good. No generator, if lights are gone due to rain.

You will be lost in nature. Easily accessible by road. Drive right upto the Cottage. The cook is superb. Swings for the children in the Garden Area. You will love the place.
