We were given a room on 3rd floor of Building 4, which perhaps has the best ocean view. Great value for money! "Curry Nights" restaurant right across the resort is a God-Send for Indian Vegetarians.

Reviewed By Savanai Anthony NTranquility and truly relax, hidden gem Panwa area and not far from Phuket town, Accommodation is modern style with comfortable bed really made me lazy to roll out from the bed. Breakfast was great and all day menu are nice and reasonable price. Highly recommend to try the Southern selection it’s great. Can’t wait to be back.

The fried rice is tasteless (no kidding). We had wanted to also have dinner here but will not do so anymore. We were shown to the room (nice) which didn’t fit our request (for a quiet room) as it’s located right beside the road (you can hear the motorcycle roaring). Partly my fault as I have asked for a unblocked view which incidentally, this is the highest point. Hence we request for a change of room but was told the other available room (our’s a villa garden view) has bathtub issue and need fixing. Therefore change is not possible. I told the attendant that it’s fine I don’t need a bathtub but was told the aircon is not working thus change is not possible (as advised by her supervisor on the phone). I requested to speak the supervisor but she didn’t want to talked to me until I insist talking to her that she relented. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After speaking to her and seeking alternative (which I offered and not her) that she suddenly have an alternative room to offer me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Supervisor is VERY unhelpful and she didn’t seem eager to help a customer who make a reasonable request (POLITELY). I will not return.

Reviewed By chrstphrdavisI reserve a SHA+ property at a great price. The property is still listed by Thai government as SHA. They never responded to any message. I had to call Agoda for an hour to get the booking paid. Then they still don’t respond to pay my PCR testing. After my Thai girlfriend calls, I learn the are not a SHA+ as they advertise. Now I wait for a refund that is very slow. This hotel is run by thieves and unethical owners. They are prime example of the loss of graciousness now in Thailand, they demonstrate callus and greed. I suggest taking your money to a hotel that treats people with respect!!!!

Amazing place for relax and romantic stay
Reviewed By pavkos88I saw some negative comments about this place already after I back from there, otherwise, I guess I would cancel my booking. But I am glad I didn't! This place was very nice, relax and quite. It is located quite far from the 'civilization', so it can be difficult to get there without a car or a scooter, but probably this makes it so quiet and nice. The restaurant serves very nice breakfasts in the morning and opens until 10 pm in the evening, but I saw some people stayed there even until midnight. BTW, lunch and dinner are also very nice and the price is very reasonable. Also, there is a gym as declared, however, it is very small and almost empty, so it is just for tick. But the outdoor pool is really big and nice. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. So my experience was completely different from other people who left negative comments here.

From the moment we stepped into the property, we were flabbergasted by the warmth smile and professional service of the crew there, especially the 2 receptionist Ning and another lady. Every single personnel were professionally trained to provide us with the most comfortable and unforgettable stay ever. Surprised with a welcoming decor in our room for my Birthday celebration, the view from the panaromic room just takes your breath away. The view itself worth a million bucks, especially in the early rainy mornings. The breakfast was super nice in Sumpao Restaurant, plenty varieties to choose from, you will never get bored, we had dinners there too, it was delicious. There was a buggy service to ferry us to nearby Restaurants and Family mart, can even hitch a ride back from their sister company Bandara Resort too. Its the service details that Bandara Villas reigns over others indefinitely, other such service like daily complimentary tea and local deserts/cakes delicacies & fruits as every day was a unique surprise, the relaxing in room incense, the umbrellas during rainy days, in room coffee machines for a coffee addict, restock of daily mini bar with beers and various soft drinks even vitagen, by right It should be a 6-Star rated property. Our family had a really unforgettable getaway here at Bandara Villas Phuket, keep up the excellence and we will be there again soon. Definitely a place to start your venture again after the Pandemic. Reviewed By cwedemanKorsiri Villas was an absolute treasure to find, and the villa was to die for. The private pool was just what we needed after being out walking during the day. Being up on the hill provided for an ideal environment for quiet and relaxing oasis since you were away from most of the tourist attractions. The service was wonderful, and that even included a private taxi driver (taxi fare not included) which was wonderful since you didn't have to worry about having to guide someone back to the Villas. The meals were great, and even made this foodie happy.

The Resturant and Bungelows are still operating with Khun June the Proprietor (Khun June built the whole Resort originally) as The Moon House Bungelows and Resturant. The Baris now Renamed the Sunrise Bar.
