We had an excellent experience with out Memories France guide Caroline at the Musee D'Orsay. We met for a two hour tour on a Saturday morning - there were 6 of us in the small group. Caroline was very knowledgeable and provided background on many paintings to give us a depth of understanding we would never have had otherwise. Who would have known that the face in a painting of a funeral procession was the face of the Emperor of France, and what was being buried under the funeral pall was liberty? Many insight such as these made for an educational and informative tour. Highly recommend.

Francesco did a tremendous job for us. He obviously knew his subject very well and delivered it using humour and candour. The only thing that was missing in our opinion was speakers because at times we were at the back and could not hear him...otherwise excellent...and we wish him the best with his Architectural studies Regards Soumi and Lydia Mitra

My father and I had a fantastic tour of the D-Day Beaches, Sainte-Mere-Eglise and Bayeux in October. Our tour guide was Sabrina, and she tailored the day to meet our interests - including taking us by the statue of Dick Winters and Brecort Manor. We even managed to squeeze in a tour of the Bayeux tapestries at the end of the day, which was followed by a recommendation for dinner at the best restaurant in Bayeux before our train ride back to Paris - Le Moulin de Galette. It was a quaint restaurant near an old watermill that served delicious crepes. The tour was the highlight of our time in France. The tour also felt very safe from a COVID perspective - there was hardly anyone at the sites, the guide wore a mask, kept social distance and regularly offered hand sanitizer; there was also a divider in the van between the guide and the two of us.

Our tour guide Paloma was very knowledgeable about arts and she had true passion for arts, which made a whole difference for us. We learned a lot from her. Without Paloma, the entire art collection would have meant nothing nearly as profound as this. Our 7 year old son truly fully engaged for the whole time and he probably learned more than all of us. Truly worth the money!

What a wonderful overview of the city, my husband, 2 teenage kids and myself did the walking tour today. He did a wonderful job, not only did he know all about the major tourist attractions he also knows lots of smaller fun facts. It moved along at a good pace, the weather was terribly hot and after about 2 hours in the blazing heat 36 Celsius I asked if we could take a break and sit down and have a cold drink. I was so pleased that he accommodated us. We were all rejuvenated and finished the tour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We did the sculpture tour with Abbie McLean. This is really more of a slide show with commentary. Abbie showed us slides of about 8 sculptures and provided commentary about each. I learned a lot and enjoyed the time but would have enjoyed it more if the 'tour' had a faster pace and was pitched at a higher level. Abbie was very enthusiastic and engaging. I did wonder if any of the money from these tours goes to the Louvre?
