Booked a private transfer from Tangier Airport. Driver didn't show up. None of the phone numbers provided in their automated pickup notification worked, all phones turned off. Googled another phone number. Someone picked up, promised to help and never called back. After my 3rd attempt to call them again, they didn't answer their phone as well. Waited for more than 1 hour until i decided to get a local taxi. Not even worth 1* out of 5.

Oh my, what an amazing experience! My group and I told Morocco Road Trips the things we wanted to see, and they were able to work with us to create a unique 5 day trip that allowed us to visit all the places we wanted to go! Our tour guide was Ali, and he was amazing! Definitely request to have Ali as your guide in advance! We were picked up in Casablanca, and got to see Chefchaouen, Fez, the Sahara Desert, and Marrakech! Because it was a road trip, we got to see many different parts of the country, which made me fall in love with it even more. Ali gave us great recommendations, and was always reliable. He even sang songs in the car with us! The trip was very organized and planned out well, and we had no issues at all! Needless to say, this company is very reliable. For the price of this adventure, you cannot beat it! I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone, and can hopefully go back again!

We, a family, including adults and seniors had an incredible experience visiting Morocco. We visited Atlas Mountain, city of Marrakech, Fas, and Casablanca. Our guide and transport provider, Muhummad, was an experienced, knowledgeable, and an educated tourist guide. He made our entire trip a memorable one. He was extremely courteous, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. When I go back to Morocco again, I would like him to be our guide and transporter. I would highly recommend him for any tours in Morocco.

We booked the 7 day tour in December 2019, for our trip to Morocco in March 2020. We arrived in Tanger from Paris on March 13. Hassan, our tour guide meet us we cleared security and we immediately knew we we're in good hands, as he promptly assisted us with getting our 3 phones Orange SIM cards so we could let our families know that we arrived. From Tanger, we drove to Chefchoen where we stayed over night at Riad Assilah. Shortly after returning from supper, we received our first flight cancellation for the following week due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This was the evening of March 13th. The following morning, we drove from Chefchoen to Fes; as we left Chefchoen later than planned, we arrived in Fes late afternoon (missing our planned tour of the Medina). In an effort to make up for lost time, Hassan took us to a great little "authentic" restaurant and then we checked into Riad Sara Resort, after which Hassan took us to the Poterie de Fes and the beautiful ruins of Borj Nord. On the morning of March 15th, finally having made alternative travel arrangements for our cancelled flight - we spent most of the day touring Fes. With the tour guide that Mohamed had arranged, we visited the Fes el Jedid and the Jewish Quarter before going into the Medina. In the Medina, we had great interactions with the herboriste, the textile maker and at the tannery (among others). Following our Medina tour, we soon came to the realization that the Covid-19 situation was escalating faster than we had expected and we were advised to travel to Casablanca immediately, in attempt to find alternative travel arrangements yet again, as news of Moroccan Air Space being closed was looming. So rather than heading to the Dessert as planned, we made our way to Casablanca. This was late afternoon of March 15. Although our Tour came to a halt less than 48 hrs after arriving in Morocco, Hassan stayed with us for the next 3.5 days as we attempted to find flights back to Canada. Throughout this extremely high stress time, even after having just met us – Hassan ensured that we were safe and looked after, by navigating the language barriers, securing accommodations at Hotel Maamoura, ensuring we had food as the Moroccan Gov started mandating the closure of amenities and driving us on a moment's notice, back and forth to the Airport, before finally driving us from Casablanca to Marrakech to catch our flight out of the country. We're extremely thankful to have Hassan with us during those days of chaos - we're not sure what we would have done without him! We hope to visit Morocco again soon to finish our Tour with Hassan & Morocco Fabulous Travel!

We did the Marrakech to Erg Chebbi 4 day 3 night private tour. It was absolutely amazing. We had camel rides in erg chebbi for sunset and sunrise and saw so many beautiful places along the way. Our guide/driver, Mohamed Fadli, was the best. He was extremely professional, prompt, informative, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He adjusted our itinerary to our tastes, and took us to amazing places we didn’t even know about. We were two women travelers. I would highly recommend Infinite Morocco and Mohamed. And the country of Morocco, as well. I hope to return someday!
