Well, my friends had told me about the place. Positive comments about it.First thing, get a call and book a table, because they are always busy.It's everything amazing, decorating, menu, foods, drinks.We've ordered a panini and a piadina, perfect, the price, tasty. everything.And also take a look on the Special Drinks, they are different, tasty and charming.

La butiga è locale molto semplice ma ben fornito, ci sono prodotti da bottega come pane affettati formaggi, ma anche ottimi piatti di rosticceria con un rapporto qualità /prezzo davvero insuperabile. Câè dellâottima pizza sia in tranci sia la classica pizza dâasporto.La cosa speciale è che si possono gustare direttamente sul posto gli ottimi piatti preparati dallo chef senza nessun costo aggiuntivo con un semplice servizio self service.Lo consiglio a tutti e non solo perché lo chef è mio fratello ma perché davvero lui e la sua compagna ci mettono il cuore e si sente in quello che preparano!!!!

Dopo il giro al parco avventura abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo ristorante pizzeria ed avendo visto che anche a mezzogiorno fanno pizze abbiamo optato per questo.Il locale all'interno è un pochino vintage, ma devo ammettere che è veramente pulito (i bagni ad esempio erano pulitissimi ed idem le sale).Le pizze fatte con forno a legna (e non a gas) sono buone e digeribili.... noi abbiamo preso due margherite e due capricciose con birre, coca-cola e acqua.Sicuramente location azzeccata grazie alla vicinanza del parco avventura.

Arriviamo e il Maitrè ci accoglie con un gran sorriso, bene dimentichiamo subito che i 150 mt indicati dal cartello sono in realtà 600 mt ma non importa a noi piace camminare.Ci fanno accomodare e dopo 10 minuti si presenta la cameriera molto gentile " cosa vi faccio preparare", noi " Se per cortesia ci puo dare i menù"In 20 secondi ordiniamo e dopo 72 minuti ci vengono portate le pizze.. più volte abbiamo chiesto ma abbiamo avuto sempre ricevuto risposte scocciate e con tono perentorio " stanno uscendo", "non è colpa mia","dovete aspettare".Finalmente arrivano le pizze ed con grande educazione espongo il mio disappunto al titolare che con gentilezza vuole non farmi pagare il conto, io rifiuto perché sono venuto a mangiare una pizza e non a scroccare nulla.La pizza non è neanche male ma ormai la serata è rovinata, mia moglie dal nervoso non riesce neanche a mangiarne metà .Poi per recuperare il titolare vuole offrirci lemoncelli, mirti e altro ancora ma ormai la serata è rovinata irrimediabilmente. Al momento del conto il cameriere antipatico inizia a farci un enciclica teologica sul fatto che non accettano acrte di credito che non ci sono adesivi, io " tranquillo non avevo neanche visto non c'è problema mi scusi tanto se mi sono permesso, pago saluto e me ne vado".Che dire...Posso dire al Maître che spero che sia anche il titolare di cambiare il personale di sala, un sorriso oppure semplicemente spiegare il motivo del ritardo con gentilezza e magari proporre un alternativa non sarebbe male.....Peccato questo signore ha tanta passione e sicuramente talento, ma in sala ci vanno professionisti che sanno fare fronte ad ogni circostanza.Non escono le pizze " Signori vi propongo xyz", non con atteggiamenti perentori ma per favore sono solo un cliente non un rompiballe.Un pizzaiolo un po più svelto oppure un forno della pizza più capiente, non so che dire.Purtroppo mi hanno rovinato un sabato sera ed ovviamente non ci torno neanche se mi offrono una cena con una verticale di Chateux Petrus.

Compleanno del mio migliore amico !Pizzata in compagnia e torta finale .Abbiamo avuto una saletta riservata , gentili tutti dal proprietario alle ragazze.Pizza ottima , impasto digeribile , prodotti freschi di qualità .Prezzi ottimi .Torneremo di certo !

We were passing by Valcava and decided to have a quick lunch at the restaurant. The atmosphere is vintage and the manager/owner are really nice persons. Unfortunately the food was not unforgettable: we only had pizzoccheri and casoncelli but they both were decent. The home red wine is fine and prices on the average.

Our italian friend took us to dinner here one night and I can still say it is the best meal we had in italy. We sat outside on a beautiful summer evening. We shared a bottle of one of the red wines that they make onsite. They also have a small vineyard and grow their own grapes. We shared a started with the Rustico platter which had local cheese, sausages, bacon and lard. yes LARD! It was so unbelievable! Delicious! My husband and I split the CASONCELLI â MELTED BUTTER â BACON which is a pasta dish that was out of this world. The best pasta dish I have ever had! We also shared the VIALONE NANO RICE â SAUSAGE â PARMESAN which is risotto. Again...so so very good. Our son had a ham pizza and it was huge and very tasty. My husband had the tiramisu for dessert and our son had vanilla gelato drenched in a raspberry sauce. They licked their plates clean! Very good service and affordable as well. Ci siamo stati per una pizza e ne siamo usciti più che soddisfatti!! Pizza non banale anzi.. Eravamo in 3 ed abbiamo preso 2 pizze "classiche" e voluto provare 1 pizza gourmet. Buonissime! Impasto della classica fine, quello della gourmet invece super lievitato! Condite benissimo, non unte e con prodotti di cui si è percepita subito la qualità ! Abbiamo visto passare anche dei piatti di carne e pesce davvero invitanti quindi torneremo a provare anche quelli! A menù sono indicati menù di terra o di mare da 28 euro (x minimo 2 persone a tavolo, tutto compreso da antipasto al caffè con bevande)... Lo proveremo! Locale in piccolo borgo con vista su verdi colline. Già dall'ingresso si percepisce un'eleganza d'altri tempi con arredi di pregio dal gusto classico. Noi eravamo in una piccola saletta, ne hanno anche una più grande con vetrate panoramiche. Dotati di tanto parcheggio (anche sotterraneo) e giardino che noi però essendo sera non abbiamo visto. Facile da raggiungere, ben segnalato. Personale gentilissimo e servizio veloce. Consigliatissimo....anche x eventi importanti e cerimonie!

Roncola is a village slightly northwest of Bergamo -- frankly we went there to escape the July heat. And how we congratulated ourselves! The higher altitude gave us fresh air and a truly breathtaking view of the valley below. And we found Ristorante al Botto, an amazing restaurant well known by Italians who drive from Milan and Bergamo to enjoy beautifully prepared lunch and dinner in cooler temperatures. We began with a fresh and imaginative salad followed by fish -- a whole sea bass for me, a filet for my husband, both perfectly cooked and served. The smiling waitress offered to filet my fish and did so quickly and expertly at our table on the terrace. We accompanied the meal with chilled Prosecco -- just perfect for a July evening. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. Dinner was such a pleasant experience we returned the following night for pizza and pasta and appreciated this meal as much as the first! Excellent value both times, and again, the view is spectacular.
