We stop by to have dinner on our way from Florence to Bologna and everything was beautiful. The owners are very nice, simple and smiley people. The atmosphere is very cosy and the food was wonderful...the menu veries from week to week. i can just tell you that that everything is biologic, fresh and made with love! we will be back

Burrata was wonderful (we ordered second one instead of desert!!). Pasta was prepared well. Service was very personable and warm. We really liked the experience! We will be back!

Rather than stop at the services, why not drive off A1 and down a few mins into the village for lunch at il Ronco. Staff are really friendly and the food us delicious - all fresh and super value. We stop here every year on our way to Tuscany.

The drive from Parma to Chianti without using the A1 Motorway takes you through some fantastic and changing countryside. But eventually hunger and much more likely the need for a Loo will force you to make a stop. This place would not be in your top 50 from its exterior, and the two young men in tracksuits don't encourage a feeling of quality either... Like always, need exceeded doubt.... And Thank Goodness! A charming welcome, A lovely menu, Very decent house wine and the ability to cook ... Specifically, there is a butcher somewhere who has an excellent relationship with this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the Tracksuits, these lads know exactly what they are doing and understand the principles of being a good host and delivering quality products. Before we left we were shown what I would have to describe as a Porterhouse Killer. This was the biggest slab of T-Bone I have ever seen - No kidding, it must have been nearly 2 and a half inches thick... and apparently they have one customer who eats this... all of it... But probably not or many more years... Excellent for a lunch stop - Nice Loo's - A Warm Welcome - Good Food... Have visited this lovely trattoria several times over the last few years and its quality is still very good. Arrived during tartufo season and the wonderful smell in the restaurant wets ones appetite for the wonderful food to follow. Restaurant was full, so book in advance - especially if you want Sunday lunch. Service was good.

Devo confermare la mia recensione di un anno fa... Sicuramente migliorato il servizio. Piatti molto buoni e ben fatti. Posto incantevole, location con i gusti spazi. Potrebbe anche mettere dei tavoli in più ma preferiscono lavorare più spazio alle persone. Si pranza tutto insieme. Prezzi giustissimi, ottimo il lambrusco. Unica pecca... Non hanno il pos per bancomat o carta di credito... Grazie Giancarlo per questa bella recensione! Siamo felici che abbiate passato una bella giornata presso il nostro agriturismo. Local food, prepared beautifully and tastes amazing.Relaxed setting, homemade fresh warm bread was a bonus. Local wine is great, try the red sparkling for something a little different.The truffles are fresh and left unflavoured, so taste amazing.The peppermint and ginger liquor is a must!
