Nice restaurant in typical italian sardinian landside style. We had a pizza and that was very crispy. Service could be a little quicker, for our espressi we had ti wait rather a long time. With a little bit more impact from the waiters this could be really a nice place to got for dinner.

Visited the restaurant when passing by one lunch time. Nicely laid out seating area with tables and sofa sections. The service was friendly and our food delivered quite quickly. We both had a panini using locally baked bread which was very nice and you could taste that it had been baked locally. The range of fillings is great and varied. There are many restaurants around Chia, so it was difficult to choose one. We liked the Mister Akumal to the point that we went there several times during the 10 days we spent in the area. The atmosphere is very friendly, there are not too many tables, the terrace is nice and airy, and of course the food is good. We tried a number of dishes. For antipasti, we had in particular tuna carpaccio (raw), crudo di mare (raw shrimps, mussels, oysters, etc.), very fresh and tasty. The pasta we had (spaghetti bottarga and tagliatelle vernaccia) were excellent. Fish and calamari arrosto were very well cooked. We also ate several varieties of grilled beef, tender and cooked to our taste (medium rare). Pizzas also had both good crust and fillings. Prices are reasonable for the area.

This was our go to place for breakfast a couple of lunches and two dinners whilst staying in the hotel. Service was impeccable. Loved trying the local produce.

Note: Trattoria da Angelo does not accept credit cards, cash only.Aside from the cash only policy, Trattoria da Angelo is a fantastic Sardinian restaurant. The food was fresh, well prepared and properly seasoned. For "primo" the pasta with clams was very tasty, followed by the charcoal grilled sea bream which was perfectly cooked. Four in our group shared the seafood "Zuppa" which was not like soup at all but a large tray of superbly cooked seafood and fish... the best dish of the evening. The house red wine is good quality and a super value at 6 euro a liter... we tasted it before ordering and could find no fault. Primo is 10-12 euro per couple, mains range from 18-45 euro a person, the fish is most expensive as it is sold by weight. Dinner for our group of seven including primo, mains, wine and dessert came to 250 euros, pretty good value given the high quality of the food.Service was good, but mainly in Italian, English was a struggle. The restaurant had one English translated menu... Trattoria da Angelo is very much a local Sardinian restaurant. Highly recommended, best grilled fish I've had in Italy.

THE best Cozze Marinara I have ever had! The sauce was absolutely delicious, I soaked it up with bread until the last drop. As a main course I had fritto misto, which was very good, my boyfriend had sea bass with a traditional sardinian sauce with black olives and he loved it. The service was very nice and forthcoming - I would totally recommend this restaurant, very good value for money!

This restaurant proposes a cuisine where the local tradition fuses with innovation creating unique dishes. We had mussels, burrata with ham and truffle, spaghetti all'astice (a real must: check the pics!) and fregola. All fresh genuine produce and the owner Milko and our waitress Maura cuddled us with an impeccable service and provided us with a lot of information to make our holiday a real success...

The staff are so attentive an asset to the restaurant. The food was excellent all eight enjoy the meals caring from pizza to sirloin steak a definite place to eat when in chia!

Was difficult finding a good affordable restaurant in the area after spending the day by the beach. Glad we picked this in the end, 5 mins drive, easy parking and nice restaurant with seating inside some out. The lady at the front was a bit off and showed us to a table next to the kitchen door despite restaurant being empty. We asked to change table and a nice waiter did so willingly. Rest of staff are friendly. Food was very nicely presented, tasty and good portions. Their pizza was delicious. Live music was a nice touch, would recommend.

This is a very sophisticated location, with great modern design. The fish Mediterranean menu is somehow short, although you may want to try the Japanese alternatives. We had good appetizers and main course, and desserts. All food is well prepared, and the service is attentive yet friendly.
