Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By FeeyonaAlthough a little on the pricey side per night rate, my fmly and I overall enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Colony. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and new looking this place was. Not run down at all despite having opened for about 5 years now I think. Very well maintained which made our stay very comfortable. We like how industrial and modern looking this whole place is. Water pressure in the bathroom was good, bed linen was clean, amenities were well replenished, swimming pool was rather small but clean and decent enough to keep the kids happy. One thing weird though was that we were given 2019 dated green tea sachet but it’s already 2022 now. Receptionist said it’s actually the date of manufacturing rather than the expiry date but we didn’t want to take the risk so we didn’t consume it. And the amount of soap and shampoo given were probably too little in small slim bottles. Bathroom was a little clogged after our shower. But everything else were fine and nice. I guess the sound proof was alright as there was no noisy disturbances from other rooms. So we had uninterrupted sleep. This guesthouse has two storeys with 8 rooms in total. 4 at the top and 4 at the bottom. All in all thumbs up and if given the chance and having to travel to Kuantan again we would be more than happy to be back here to stay.

Reviewed By ymLee1991Overall a pretty nice place. Friendly staff. Limited parking space. They provide refill for water which is certainly a plus point. Walls can be a little thin not good if get noisy neighbours. Maybe can improve a little on the lock on the door. And the disco light is literally useless. Add more lights in the room please

Sepat Village House is a double storey house of 4 bedrooms, free WiFi throughout the house, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the comfort you need for your stay in Kuantan. Located near to Pantai Sepat beach, the location is quiet and private; most suitable for those who seek privacy and relaxation. This is truly a home away from home!
Peaceful surrounding, value for money
Reviewed By troutlover86Lucky enough to find this guesthouse when all hotels were fully booked. Perfect for those who prefer some tranquility and want to experience what it feels like to live in kampung. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The decorations of the interior and exterior added to the uniqueness of this place. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

OK for a short stay
Reviewed By lunarJadeWe stayed two nights at their small grey and white fan wooden chalet - basic, no-frills. It had a double bed, one table, one chair, a wall fan, a mirror and an attached bath that has no basin/sink (it would be great if the management could add in this fixture for the comfort of guests). Do also take note that toilet paper, shower liquid/soap, shampoo and water heater are NOT provided. Only one towel was supplied. The window has an insect screen. Well, we were only in during night time and everything worked, so it was OK. Cheaper than most of the other establishments. Two other accommodation types are available as well but at higher costs - 'AC wooden chalet' and 'Cabin container'. Parking is available on site. The beach is a short walking distance away (no more than 5 mins), with the shortest route via passing through the grounds of two other accommodations - Ranting Resort and one other which I can't recalled its name. Nearby there is a great place for breakfast, Warung Faridah (a.k.a. Mak Bedah), that serve local food such as nasi dagang, nasi lemak, laksam and a variety of 'kuih'muih' (cakes) and 'pulut' (glutinous rice cakes').

Good place but not easy to find!
Reviewed By Vladimir MGood, tidy, clean guesthouse. Polite and hospitable owners. Well furnished rooms with aircon and a ceiling fan. Beds are rather big. Enough parking space. If everything is full, you can park the car just opposite the house on the other side of the road. The entrance door has an electronic lock, so you can't come inside if don't have a key. There is a big and cosy sofa in the hall. You can watch TV there. There is also a kitchen with all required appliances. If you are hungry and do not want to go far from the house, there is an Usaha Maju Tom Yam restaurant on the opposite side of the street on the left. Prior to going to this place, study the map for the exact location (map is attached). Use Wize for better location.

Reviewed By Atikah Ai stay with family and booked 1 family room and 1 deluxe room. the room were clean, good ambience and they had nice staff. plus, the wifi connection its good too. my recommendation its too have good connection for tv.Not all basic channel can be access.

A night stay in Sg Lembing
Reviewed By simk2015Booked this Rainbow Guesthouse to have a feel of the quaint town of Sg Lembing. Room is not cheap but it is much better than the vicinity because it has its own private toilet. The owner or keeper will not be there all the times esp at night. So when you check in late, you have to call them. Then they attend to you and leave. So everything you do yourself and settle payment in advance. Hotel is very convenience to eating places as the food court is opposite. And early morning, the Panorama Hill you just walk across. Aircon is cold. Bed not so bad and it has parking space at the side for those who drive. Overall not bad. Will stay again if visit second times.
