Hidden gem in Hua Hin
Reviewed By AnakinVanStayed here for 2 nights before the 2020 countdown and we really liked the hotel. Located near the Hua Hin airport, it is a bit hard to find and about 10mins drive before reaching Hua Hin City. There is a section of road leading to the hotel which is unpaved, but once you arrive it is truly a hidden gem and there is a convenient parking lot which belongs to the hotel and is safe. The location is very quiet, seemingly set around a housing area and a dead end road. It's fine for anyone who has a car but I can imagine using public transportation would be a bit challenging. The hotel itself has only around 15 rooms, some on the ground and some in a 3 storey building. We stayed in their best room right at the beach, seafront poolside I think it's called, which was truly seafront (there are only 2 rooms like it). The room itself is not big but the bathroom was spacious. Design is black/white and relatively modern and,most importantly, clean and quiet. The pool is not large but sufficient and was salted rather than chlorinated which is nice. Buffet breakfast was pretty good and I don't think they offer lunch and dinner but there are several local restaurants and we wanted to eat out in town anyway. The nearest convenience store is a Family Mart which is located by the main road. No issues its service and everyone was quite friendly. I'd recommend this hotel for a quiet beach front stay in Hua Hin. Very good value for money for those who want a beachfront stay but doesn't want to break the bank!

Reviewed By PEET040Cha-am sea is where I've been and I'm impressed every time I go. both people and places of interest Everyone is very welcoming. And the most important thing is that it's very close to Ratchaburi, what I like most is the sea at Cha-am. The water is clear and the food around it is delicious. Housing is cheap.

Very nice place
Reviewed By SteveS955We spent a week in this hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. air conditioning is wonderful. the hosts are very kind and hospitable. the breakfast is very good and fresh fruits are highlight. The host did laundry for a is reasonable price and they have free bikes. We spent most of her time at the beach in Hua Hin

Excellent location near beach with some vendors cafes huge selection.reception helpful with enquiries, ladies working next door very sweet and friendly to family. I think if the place was better maintained like leaky air con and decor would be better.all this in consideration I would Definately book again but would look around first.

Reviewed By Nadezhda RКондоминиум Rain Cha-am Hua Hin наверное потому носит в себе названия двух разных городов, потому что находится ровно между ними. А общественного транспорта ноль. В отзывах в интернете я прочитала - и жестоко ошиблась в умозаключениях - что Чаам - это пригород Хуахина. Пригород, подумала я, значит, тук-туки, автобусы, сонгтео... Мы довольно активная семья, ездим смотреть места всякие. Это оказалось не так. И Чаам никакой не пригород Хуахина, и кондоминиум вообще ни в одном из городов, а между ними, и выбраться куда-то из него возможно только, если вы счастливый водитель собственной машины, или хотя бы арендованного байка. Во всех остальных несчастливых случаях - такси втридорога... Например, уехать в Чаам - 200 бат за 7 минут езды, в Хуахин 300 бат за 15 минут, и это только в одну сторону, а в обратную на 100 бат дороже просят. Еще нужно учесть, что все здесь в Таиланде располагается вдоль дороги, в частности вдоль Phetchasem Rd. И если вас довезли до какого-то места на этой Rd, то обратно вы пойдете пешком, так как точек такси нет, только возле крупных отелей или жд и авто-станций. Что касается самого кондо, он вполне хорош. Бассейны, тренажерный зал, шезлонги в наличии. Мы живем с конца декабря, народу очень мало, буквально 5-7 квартир занято, ну 10 максимум. Мы на этаже одни, а квартир 20. Просторно. Квартира для семьи с двумя детьми маловата. Собственно, наконец до меня дошло, что нужно ориентироваться не на 4 спальных места (да, 4 спальных места есть), а на 2 спальни. Здесь есть кухонька, ее хватает для того, чтобы питаться как дома. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть улица ресторанов и массажных салонов, там же неизменный магазин 7/11, два алкогольных магазина и аптека. Все. Супермаркеты и торговые центры в Хуахине. В Чааме по средам - исключительно по средам - ночной рынок, но фруктов там было мало. В Чааме же есть Tesco Lotus Express - до того урезанный, что больше похож на просто магазинчик, даже 7/11 рядом с ним и то лучше.
