We went to this place for lunch. It was a spur of the moment decision,which we were glad about. After tiring shopping at Inorbit mall this was a great place lunch. It is located on top floor and offers great view. If you sit the verandah , you are cooled by mist spray. The place has a decent enough bar and food is mouth watering. I was very happy with the Chicken Malai Kabab, the presentation of which was great too. The kids ate Tiramisu, which was excellent. The service is great and I got 15% off since I have axis bank Burgundy Debit card.

We had an excellent spread at the Mazzo. This restaurant is top floor. It was Ganesh chaturthi and the chef Takir had made special sweet and savoury for the festival. Very kind of him to think about the local festivities. My son loved the fluffy soft dosa. Unfortunately the hard thin dosas have become popular and it was nice to encounter the traditional soft dosa we make at home. There was enough room variety. Usual yoghurts, tea, coffee, juices etc. Inly thing the bakery items especially Danish was not up to the mark. There was strong smell of eggs and they were over sweet. Takir explained they come from Westin. Well heads up on that. We will be going back to try out dinner and lunch menus. Was staying at Trident and ate here a couple of times in recent visit. Have eaten here also in the past on previous visits to Hyderabad.The menu has changed since my last trip and suited me better!That said, food is always of a high quality with very good service.Would definitely return.

We are regulars to this restaurant since we live in Hyderabad. The food here is excellent, one of the best fine dining Italian restaurants in india I would say. However , the reason I'm writing this review is because I feel their service needs to improve. Last time we went , they forgot to punch in our pizza order , and they realised they forgot to punch it in after 2-3 times I told the waiter that my pizza is getting delayed. Even today they got the pizza v late and were giving silly reasons for the delay. Otherwise , the ambience and food in this restaurant is simply outstanding Dear Karangoenka,We apologise for the inconvenience caused and for the delay in getting your pizza. I think my expectations were too high for this place. The entrance is lovely, the setting is lovely, the service excellent, the food, however, left more to be desired. It lacked some basic seasoning. My favorite items were the pizza and the dessert. The pizza was the saving grace of the dinner.

Went there for dinner, have to say the ambience is pretty amazing. We ordered Dragon Prawns and Hakka noodles for the main course and both were delicious. Loved the prawns, they were heavenly. One can go to Komatose thatâs right next to Jonathanâs to enjoy a night life and music. Had a business dinner here. Dinners are served in a fixed menu form with an option of 4, 5, or 6 courses. Found the food options to not be Italian in any way (not a single pasta dish on the menu).
